We require an HR function that thinks and acts globally. We're looking for a Graduate HR Generalist to offer their expertise to our AMER region. It's an exciting time to join with the opportunity to help shape and create an HR function for the future. You will demonstrate a high work ethic and the personal confidence to set and defend high expectations of colleagues, counterparts and processes. You must be able to work independently, take a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels. You'll need excellent communication, professional and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to function in a proactive, innovative environment. We look to HR both to support our colleagues in their personal needs and development, and also to maintain consistently high standards across multiple teams, managers and directors.
Location: This role will be based remotely in the AMER region
The role entails the individual to:
- Provide HR support by answering team members' questions and responding to requests regarding their employment and contracts, escalating when necessary. Requests may include information about the new starter process and onboarding, questions regarding global benefits, employment verifications, and other general inquiries.
- Maintain our HRIS, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and timeliness in processing all team member changes and new joiners.
- Owning global projects (e.g. engagement, training or culture initiatives)
- Partnering with the managers and employees - supporting HR processes and driving the people strategy for your areas of responsibility
- Working as a truly global partner to colleagues, especially leads, managers and executives
- Process new hires, including country-specific on-boarding documentation, creation of files, systems set-up, and coordination of introductory reviews.
- Provide support to employees for the enrollment and processing of benefits and the payroll process, ensuring monthly data is provided on time and is accurate.
- Liaise with payroll to guarantee smooth salary payments.
- Create purchase orders for internal departments.
- Provide administrative support to employees for the enrollment and processing of benefits.
- Conduct regular audits of employment files and systems to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and GDPR compliant.
- Continually work to better our processes, spotting areas we can improve to drive our function forward.
- Track record of exceptional achievement from high school and graduate studies.
- Internship experience working in an HR/People team is beneficial, preferably in the Technology industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to prioritize complex workloads, manage time effectively and work well under pressure.
- Self-motivated and results-orientated with a clear focus on accuracy.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and ability to handle confidential data.
- Flexible attitude and easily adaptable to change.
- Willing to take the initiative and provide suggestions and ideas to contribute to the success of the role/team.
- Ambitious to grow your career within HR.
- Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus

It's an exciting time to join with the opportunity to help shape and create an HR function for the future. The senior role will serve as a driver and practitioner in both regional and global HR initiatives. You will join a global team of HR professionals to provide precise, compliant and scalable HR operations to the business, advise and execute on HR issues across the whole employee life-cycle, and partner with leadership in your region. You will have an analytical approach, a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret data trends and themes.
Location: This role will be based remotely in the AMER region
The role entails
- Deliver precise and compliant HR operations in a timely manner and with the highest degree of accuracy
- Interact closely with the Americas HR Manager and the Global Head of HR to create impact across all HR regions
- Be accountable for HR processes such as talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, culture and engagement initiatives that drive a high performing team
- Work with managers across the business on performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, rewards- and workforce planning
- Partner with the HRIS team to develop and refine operational processes for day to day HR administration
- Coach and advise people managers on the full spectrum of employee relations issues across multiple countries
- Partner with people managers to support the delivery of appropriate training and development programs
- Establish a trusted partnership with the business in your region
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Design new policies and deliver on business-critical HR related projects globally
- Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
- HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business
- Regional HR experience within Latin America (Brazil and/or Mexico is a plus), with an understanding of local labor laws, competitive awareness and insights
- Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders
- A good balance between leading and executing, in this role you will need to be hands-on involved in the daily HR routines
- Experience mentoring and developing others
- Strong project management skills with the ability to define done and keep deliverables on track
- Experience in working in a remote first organization
- Able to leverage data to make informed decisions
- Fluent in business English (written and spoken)
- Self motivated, organized, accurate, confident, authentic, results-orientated, open-minded and enthusiastic
- Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events
- Experience with immigration policies and mobility processes
- Payroll and/or benefits oversight experience
- Knowledge of HR Systems and databases

ResponsibilitiesA oportunidade
O Analista de Facilities da planta de Curitiba é responsável por garantir o pleno funcionamento das operações de suporte ao ambiente corporativo e produtivo, assegurando conforto, segurança e eficiência nos serviços prestados aos colaboradores.
O seu impacto
Entre suas principais responsabilidades, destacam-se:
- Gestão de Fretado: administração das rotas, controle de embarque, comunicação com fornecedores e suporte aos colaboradores, assegurando pontualidade e qualidade no transporte.
- Serviços de Limpeza: acompanhamento da equipe terceirizada, controle de escala, insumos e padrões de higiene em todas as áreas da planta.
- Restaurante e Alimentação: interface com o fornecedor para garantir qualidade, segurança alimentar, cardápio adequado e gestão de contratos.
- Postagem e Malote: controle de correspondências e malotes, garantindo envio e recebimento eficientes, dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.
- Gestão de Uniformes: controle de entrega, troca, estoque e reposição de uniformes, assegurando padronização e conforto aos colaboradores.
- Pequenos Reparos: atendimento às demandas operacionais do dia a dia, acionamento de prestadores e acompanhamento de serviços de manutenção predial.
- Pagamentos e Contratos: controle e acompanhamento dos processos de pagamento dos fornecedores, garantindo conformidade com contratos e prazos.
- Auditorias e Conformidade: suporte em auditorias internas e externas, assegurando aderência às políticas da companhia e aos requisitos legais.
- Gestão de custos e PEPSEND e projetos locais com investimentos aprovados.
