We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality fitout projects in the UAE and KSA. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-standard execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality, cultural and themed entertainment sectors.
- Please note that this role may be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located either in the Saudi Arabia (KSA) or the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- The position requires a six-day working week , which is mandatory for all site-based roles.
- Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for either KSA or UAE.
Your Role:
- Lead and manage luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to flawless delivery.
- Oversee planning, procurement, budgeting, and execution.
- Align cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants toward excellence.
- Champion HSE standards, risk management, and quality assurance at every phase.
- Be the driving force behind timely approvals, smooth coordination, and design perfection.
What You’ll Need:
- 12+ years’ experience in construction, with at least 5 in luxury fit-out project management.
- Strong portfolio managing complex, high-spec interior projects.
- Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

About Your Team
This role reports directly to the Operations Director and is part of the ALEC Data Centre Solutions core delivery team. The project delivery function oversees execution, programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and quality control across all phases of construction. The team works closely with Planning, Commercial, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and Site Operations to ensure flawless execution.
Your Role
As a Project Manager , you will:
- Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of data centre construction projects, ensuring alignment with budget, quality, and schedule targets.
- Manage internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Develop detailed execution strategies and monitor risk, procurement, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Oversee reporting, performance tracking, and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate technical reviews, design validations, and issue resolution.
- Manage change controls and support commercial teams in claims and EOT matters.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in complex construction or mission-critical environments (e.g., data centres, hospitals, infrastructure).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction lifecycles, contract management, planning tools, and client engagement.
- Expertise: Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, control budgets, and manage fast-track delivery.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- PMP certification is an advantage.

Overview
Project Manager role at NOV within the Aftermarket Programs Group, in the Aftermarket segment of the Energy Equipment division. Location: Macaé, RJ, Brazil.
Primary duties include leading critical support programs designed to deliver benefits to customers. The role involves coordinating project initiation, planning, and execution, and working with internal and external stakeholders to drive transparency and collaboration.

Airswift is seeking a Project Manager to work on a permanent contract in Macaé with a major Oil & Gas Company.
Professional with solid experience in manufacturing, as well as experience as a Project Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage, direct, and coordinate on-site projects/activities for project execution in accordance with all contractual requirements, from planning through completion
Ensure that project plans are produced and updated regularly, including Deltek and Planning and Execution Tool. Delegate if/when necessary
Ensure that work packages are assembled and issued on time
Approve project personnel and equipment for assigned projects
Review and ensure that Daily Progress Reports are distributed daily and address any issues that arise.
Ensure that the scope is completed within budget and on time. Any variation in scope/budget/schedule is communicated to senior management and the client.
Participate in internal and client meetings to monitor and review project results
Ensure that all project deliverables, including inspection reports, final reports, and project documents, are delivered to the client and relevant company departments in a timely manner. Delegate if/when necessary.
Ensure that the FPAL process is completed for each project. Delegate if/when necessary
Conduct the project kickoff meeting, project briefing, debriefing, and lessons learned
Conduct/Assist with preparation of Close Out Reports
Assisting with site audits in line with corporate objectives
Attend and provide input to Operations Meetings & Weekly Management Meeting if required
Interface with clients and internal customers to meet project requirements
Liaise with engineering specialists and build relationships across a range of disciplines and levels of management

Support the Corporate KPIs with respect to Staff Development and Human Resources (HR) objectives
Ensure HSEQ procedures and standards are adhered to
Ensure personnel & equipment are sent out with appropriate certification
Support internal and external Quality Audits including knowledge of, and actions required, to ensure that the project components of ISO 9001
Review and understanding contractual terms and conditions and supporting compliance thereof
Creation & review of CTRs including the use of cost/sell spreadsheets to determine margins.
Assisting in preparation of proposals/tenders/bids.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Higher education
Advanced English - Required
Experience in the oil and gas industry, with proven experience in leadership and management of engineering projects
Understanding and practical knowledge of the inspection, repair, and maintenance sector
Solid management experience with first-class analytical skills and commercial/financial awareness

What you can expect Reviewing the scope of work, legal and commercial terms and conditions.
Executing the project in line with customer's expectations, HSE rules, corporate guidelines, processes, policies, governance and the law.
Creating the work break down structure, define and sequence the activities.
Estimating resource requirements incl. duration and developing the master schedule.
Acquiring the project team through Resourcing departments, optimal for the given scope of work.
Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals.
Establishing communication to project team and customer on a regular base.
Identifying and analyzing project risks, monitor and control those risks.
Monitoring and controlling project work, schedule and budget.
Managing project invoicing and cash flow.
Identifying and managing changes during project execution.
Approving final project deliverables.
Identifying and communicating additional sales opportunities.
Administering the contract and closing the project.
Ensuring completeness of project documentation.
Documenting lessons learned and best practices.
What you will bring Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related areas.
Advanced English Level (Minimum B2).
MS Project.
Previous background working on O&G or Engineering projects.
Prior knowledge and/or practical use of resource forecasting, planning or management.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally in Portuguese and English.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a fast paced environment.
Good planning and organizing skills.
Abiliy to work independently and influence others.
