Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all project documentation and workflows are managed accurately and efficiently. You will assist in material take-offs, submittals, project scheduling, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure that real estate development projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires proficiency in project management software and the ability to learn new tools and processes on the job.
Key Responsibilities
Project Documentation & Organization:
Use software like Bluebeam (or similar) to perform material take-offs and ensure accuracy for construction and real estate development projects.
Review submittals and shop drawings, preparing them for distribution to contractors and stakeholders.
Organize and maintain project folders, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible for the development team.
Create and modify Gantt chart schedules to track project timelines and milestones.
Subcontractor Management & Agreements:
Take sub proposals and convert them into formal subcontracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined for each construction phase.
Use templates to create subcontractor agreements and Exhibits for the scope of work once projects are awarded.
Handle partial and final lien waivers for work performed and as payments are drawn from clients.
Quoting & Pricing:
Learn the company’s quoting software for windows, cabinets, and doors, and create accurate quotes for materials and services required in real estate development.
Provide detailed material take-offs and pricing using the window, cabinet, and door quoting software.
Scheduling & Weekly Updates:
Update and maintain weekly scheduling using Smart Sheet and prepare regular updates for project superintendents.
Prepare weekly update sheets and photos for the superintendents to send to clients, keeping them informed on the progress of each project.
Training & Adaptability:
Train and learn to use new software systems as needed for window take-offs and pricing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Be adaptable and trainable to learn and integrate new tools and processes as the company grows and evolves in the real estate development field.
Client & Contractor Communication:
Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Handle the distribution of AIA form contracts to clients/customers and ensure proper documentation for compliance.
Qualifications
Experience:
2+ years experience in project management, or a similar role.
Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using Bluebeam or similar software for material take-offs and project documentation in the real estate and construction sectors.
Knowledge of reviewing submittals and shop drawings and the ability to prepare them for distribution.
Experience creating and modifying Gantt chart schedules for tracking real estate development timelines.
Familiarity with creating subcontracts and using templates for subcontractor agreements and scope of work documents.
Experience with Smart Sheet scheduling and the ability to update schedules weekly.
Familiarity with managing lien waivers (partial and final) and AIA form contracts in the real estate development context.
Must be adaptable and willing to train on new software tools relevant to real estate and construction processes.
Previous experience in the real estate development or construction industry is preferred but not required.

Accurate and timely execution of material take-offs and documentation for construction and real estate development projects.
Effective management of subcontractor agreements and ensuring all terms are met and paperwork is in order.
Successful management of project schedules and timely updates provided to stakeholders.
Smooth integration of new software tools, with minimal learning curve and quick adaptation to company processes.
Clear communication and proactive problem-solving to support the team and ensure projects stay on track.

Sobre a vaga:
O Technical PM atua como ponte entre cliente e times técnicos/produto, garantindo que as soluções sejam alinhadas ao negócio, viáveis e sustentáveis dentro de tempo e orçamento. É responsável por todo o ciclo de vida do projeto (da análise de necessidades à entrega), pelo gerenciamento de melhorias e pelo CI/CD. Também é o ponto central de contato do cliente e do time de Delivery.
Responsabilidades :
- Cliente & Produto: compreender necessidades, propor soluções inovadoras e orientar decisões orientadas a dados.
- Projetos: planejar cronogramas e riscos, validar escopo, gerir recursos, monitorar progresso, garantir qualidade e comunicação eficaz com stakeholders.
- Comunicação & Riscos: manter alinhamento com todas as partes, identificar lacunas de recursos e mitigar riscos.
- Equipe & Negócio: trabalhar com engenharia, UX e produto; fomentar parcerias; apoiar crescimento do cliente.
- Pós-implementação: atuar como contato técnico-chave junto ao Customer Success, apoiando a evolução da conta.
Requisitos:
- Graduação em Engenharia de Software ou área relacionada.
- +5 anos de experiência em gestão de projetos ou análise de negócios na indústria de tecnologia.
- +3 anos de experiência com frameworks ágeis.
- +3 anos de experiência em funções de contato direto com clientes.
- Experiência em implementação de chatbots com tecnologias de IA.
- Experiência com ferramentas de IA, como: Replit, Loveable, Make, Flowise, Cursor, entre outras.
- Fluência escrita e falada em Português, Espanhol e Inglês.
- +3 anos de liderança de times multifuncionais.
- Entendimento completo das melhores práticas de ciclo de vida de desenvolvimento de software.
- Experiência em conduzir projetos de produto multifuncionais.
- Conhecimento em AWS ou Google Cloud .
- Experiência prática em desenvolvimento de software.

We are recruiting an SAP Project Manager to lead an international transformation project in SAP S / 4HANA.
Responsibilities- Lead SAP S / 4HANA projects (brownfield, greenfield, or hybrid);
- Manage scope, deadlines, budget, and resources;
- Oversee data migration, integrations, and cutover activities;
- Coordinate SI partners, SAP, and third-party suppliers;
- Prepare reports, KPIs, and lead steering committees;
- Perform change impact analysis and requirements management with stakeholders;
- Support OCM teams and ensure solution adoption;
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage communication with different levels (executives, business, and IT).
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
- Availability to travel to Brazil (10–20%);
- Solid experience in SAP S / 4HANA projects, including Finance, Controlling, and Consolidation modules;
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology;
- Experience in ERP transformation (brownfield, greenfield, hybrid);
- Competence in agile and waterfall methodologies;
- Strong risk management, communication, and global team leadership skills;
- Experience in stakeholder management (C-level, business leads, end users);
- PMI certification (valued);
- Knowledge of Change Management.
