Atividades:
Focus on the execution of project deliverables on time, within budget, guaranteeing highest quality, while assuring that contractual obligations and company rules are properly followed.
Acts as the main responsible for project results and communication with customer and with GEs management.
**Essential Responsibilities**:- Act as the GE representative and focal point for the customer on the project, owning the customer relationship for the duration of the project, and driving customer issue resolution;- Provide Project Leadership, effectively managing and facilitating cross-functional GE teams to ensure on time delivery, contract fulfilment, and margin attainment/ enhancement;- Own project execution, including coordination of Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Services / Field Execution during the whole project life-cycle;- Create and manage action plans to minimize risk exposure guaranteeing that deadlines, budget and quality standards are under control;- Understand, Own and implement Contract Terms & Conditions;- Manage project financials: sales, cost, margin, invoicing, receivables and change orders;- Continuously search for improvements and implements measures to optimize cost and increase contribution margin (CM);- Drive project schedule; work with Project Planner on schedule creation and management;- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and project reviews to drive risk mitigation, best practices/ lessons learned, and project execution excellence.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:- Bachelor''s degree from an accredited university (preferably in a technical or business degree) with experience in Project Management;- Direct customer facing experience;- PMP Certification, Project Management Leadership Program (PMLP) Graduate, or other Project Management training;- Fluent in English.
- Strong oral and written communication skills;- Demonstrated project management skills and passion for Project Management;- Able to deal with dynamic environment, managing healthy relationship with customer and quickly addressing crises when they arise;- Able to prioritize and escalate issues when necessary as well as proposing viable solutions;- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of proposals and contract to understand scope, deadline, costs, risks and contractual implications of project- Demonstrates business savvy and favorably represents GE when dealing with customers and partners;- Demonstrates solid knowledge of project budget, processes, and deadlines and guarantees that team and client are properly briefed.

Who will you be working with?Our best-in-class project management team has an overarching responsibility to deliver value for Wabtec IT through collaboration, execution, and an understanding of business needs while driving large scale initiatives across IT.
How will you make a difference?As a member of our Strategy & Operational Efficiency department, Wabtec is looking for an individual to join a best-in-class team of project managers. The Project Manager role reports directly into Enterprise Project Management and is responsible for planning, executing, coordinating and closing projects across a large and complex global IT function.
What do we want to know about you?- Strong experience in a Project Manager capacity working on projects closely related to IT.
- Experience in high change environments - digital transformation or Technical Project Manager working on projects closely related to IT operations.
- Track record of helping evolve agile practices in environments with a mix of legacy and modern applications.
- Experience leading geographically (globally) diverse teams through influence and best practices.
- Proven expertise in using remote collaboration tools for communication (synchronous and asynchronous), brainstorming and tracking status.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to relate with both technical and business professionals.
- Usage and experience with ServiceNow, ClickUp, VSTS, Jira, Confluence or similar tool to plan and maintain agile workflows and work (preferred).
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification (preferred).
- Advanced/fluent English communication skills.
- Lead project planning sessions and create comprehensive project plans.
- Consulting with staff members and identifying and managing anticipated resistance within each project to be delivered.
- Creating communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the strategy.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in preparing the annual budget, forecasting and timely payment of POs.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to leaders as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
