We are hiring a Junior Project Manager

Our Project Managers are responsible for ensuring project success through owning, driving, communicating and respectfully engaging all stakeholders, valuing integrity and accountability.

Within a portfolio of projects with complex and changing software technologies, customer and partner satisfaction is only possible because of exceptional Project Managers who know how to respect and engage all stakeholders.

The role entails

• Ensuring programs and projects are delivered within the schedule, scope, cost, budget and resources expectations
• Supporting in identifying key technical and project risks and issues and actively put mitigating actions in place
• Maintaining strong customer focus and work with all key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
• Assisting in conducting regular status meetings and business reviews with customers
• Supporting with the delivery schedule of critical third party deliverables for the project
• Advocating to customers the appropriate technologies from Canonical's portfolio
  
  

• Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
• Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about your alternative chosen path
• Confidence to respectfully speak up, exchange feedback, and share ideas without hesitation
• Track record of going above-and-beyond expectations to achieve outstanding results

Estamos em busca de um(a) Project Manager – Marketing para integrar nossa equipe global de marketing, atuando diretamente do escritório de Florianópolis. Essa pessoa será responsável por liderar o planejamento, a coordenação e a execução de projetos estratégicos da área, garantindo a entrega de campanhas de alto impacto alinhadas aos objetivos globais da empresa.

Reportando-se ao VP Global de Marketing, o(a) profissional será o ponto de conexão entre diferentes áreas (como Design, Vendas, Engenharia e times regionais), agências externas e stakeholders, promovendo sinergia e clareza na gestão de iniciativas em ambientes desafiadores e em constante evolução.

Principais Responsabilidades

• Conduzir a gestão completa de projetos de marketing, garantindo prazos, escopo e orçamento;
• Alinhar tarefas e cronogramas entre diferentes áreas internas e parceiros externos;
• Utilizar ferramentas como Asana para acompanhar entregas, definir prioridades e monitorar marcos de projeto;
• Desenvolver relatórios e apresentações em Excel e PowerPoint para reportar andamento e resultados a lideranças;
• Antecipar riscos e criar planos de mitigação para manter a execução sob controle;
• Organizar e manter atualizada toda a documentação dos projetos (atas, planos de ação, status reports);
• Acompanhar fornecedores e prestadores de serviço, garantindo a qualidade e os prazos contratados;
• Participar ativamente na melhoria contínua de processos e na disseminação de boas práticas de gestão de projetos.
  
  

• Formação superior em Administração, Marketing, Comunicação, Design, Gestão de Projetos ou áreas correlatas;
• Certificação ou formação em metodologias de gestão de projetos (tradicional ou ágil) será um diferencial;
• Experiência comprovada na condução de projetos multidisciplinares, com foco em marketing;
• Capacidade de atuar em ambientes dinâmicos, com múltiplos stakeholders e prioridades simultâneas;
• Inglês fluente (escrito e falado);

The role entails

• Identifying key technical and project risks and issues and actively put mitigating actions in place
• Maintaining strong customer focus and working with all key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes

• Experience in Enterprise IT Programs, Process Improvement, and Software Engineering Project Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience leading cross-cultural, remote and global project teams and customers.

• Deep understanding of Linux, Open Source, and Cloud Technologies
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline
• Project Management Certification, preferably PMP or equivalent certification
