We're Hiring: Project Manager - Luxury Interior Fit-Out | KSA & UAE Projects


ALEC FITOUT, a division of ALEC Holdings and part of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), is a leading specialist in high-end interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across the hospitality, commercial, cultural, and retail sectors. We bring visionary interiors to life through precision execution and world-class craftsmanship.


We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality fitout projects in the UAE and KSA. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-standard execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality, cultural and themed entertainment sectors.


  • Please note that this role may be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located either in the Saudi Arabia (KSA) or the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  • The position requires a six-day working week , which is mandatory for all site-based roles.
  • Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for either KSA or UAE.


Your Role:

  • Lead and manage luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to flawless delivery.
  • Oversee planning, procurement, budgeting, and execution.
  • Align cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants toward excellence.
  • Champion HSE standards, risk management, and quality assurance at every phase.
  • Be the driving force behind timely approvals, smooth coordination, and design perfection.


What You’ll Need:

  • 12+ years’ experience in construction, with at least 5 in luxury fit-out project management.
  • Strong portfolio managing complex, high-spec interior projects.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description:

  • Work closely with internal and external business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements, maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Work closely with HQ Project team to maintain and implement global standardized solutions and frameworks for IT services
  • Translate business IT requirements into technical requirements precisely. Drive full-scale infrastructure project proposal with the technical team and HQ team to present to management

  • Create and maintain records of project documentations

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree of IT or business discipline, or background in technology environment delivering solutions or projects
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Passionate in IT infrastructure domain
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and strategic mindset to advise and manage internal and external partners
  • High quality and successful project delivery experience in IT infrastructure setup and solutions. Network and system setup project experience, coordination experience with multiple regions are added advantages
  • Strong coordination and excellent project management skills, vendor management skills
  • Good sense of problem locating, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Result oriented, outstanding sense of prioritization, and time management

About Your Team

This role reports directly to the Operations Director and is part of the ALEC Data Centre Solutions core delivery team. The project delivery function oversees execution, programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and quality control across all phases of construction. The team works closely with Planning, Commercial, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and Site Operations to ensure flawless execution.


Your Role

As a Project Manager , you will:

  • Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of data centre construction projects, ensuring alignment with budget, quality, and schedule targets.
  • Manage internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Develop detailed execution strategies and monitor risk, procurement, and resource plans.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
  • Oversee reporting, performance tracking, and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate technical reviews, design validations, and issue resolution.
  • Manage change controls and support commercial teams in claims and EOT matters.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in complex construction or mission-critical environments (e.g., data centres, hospitals, infrastructure).
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction lifecycles, contract management, planning tools, and client engagement.
  • Expertise: Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, control budgets, and manage fast-track delivery.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • PMP certification is an advantage.
  • Resilient, hands-on, and capable of leading under pressure.

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of delivering complex leased line and private line connectivity projects across multiple carriers and geographies.   • Deliver multi-carrier physical connectivity projects (MPLS, EVPL, IEPL, submarine cable).
  • Map physical topologies and supplier demarcation points, ensuring clear ownership boundaries.

  • Handle on-site execution challenges, including access, permits, and construction issues.
