Who You Are
We’re searching for intermediate or senior Facebook Media Buyers who want to learn how to run performance ads at scale. If you enjoy:

This role offers the opportunity to own projects, develop strategies, and make a tangible impact on client success.
- 20% Strategy: Research and ideation
- 25% Copywriting: Crafting persuasive and engaging ad & advertorial copy that captures attention and drives sales
- 25% Image/Video Creation: Generating & editing eye-catching ad images/videos that complement your ad & presale copy and resonate with the target audience to drive sales
- 25% Media Buying: Creating, continuously monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns to ensure maximum performance and ROI — 7 days a week, pausing ads as necessary throughout the day
- 5% Reporting: Weekly reports for clients & management
Role Requirements
- Location: You MUST be in South, North, or Central America so there is enough daily overlap to interact with team members
- Availability: You must be highly responsive and communicative with the team given the various time zones
- Analytical: You must be analytical by nature, with the ability to dive deep into the data and recognize patterns to separate winners from losers
- Critical Thinking: You must be able to think critically about why some campaigns and ads are performing while others are not. Use data, form a hypothesis, and test against it
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of Media Buying experience on Meta is required
- English Proficiency: You must be fluent in English and know proper grammar and punctuation
- Creativity: Strong ability to generate unique angles and ideas for your campaigns
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to juggle multiple projects while ensuring consistent quality
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust priorities daily depending on what needs the most attention
- Work Ethic: Strong desire to work hard, learn, and drive results for our clients
- Continual Learner: Must have the innate desire to always be better
- Winning Mentality: Wants to win and be the very best
Nice to Haves
- Copywriting: 2+ years writing direct response copy — Meta ads and/or copy-heavy daily emails preferred
- Offer Type(s): Experience writing for Health & Beauty offers and/or VSLs
- AI Proficiency: Familiarity with AI tools like Claude & ChatGPT to enhance productivity and improve the quality of copy
Availability Requirements
- Contract to Hire: Base + performance bonus. There is no cap on the bonus
- Remote: You must be available to watch campaigns from 8am – 11pm (PST), 7 days a week. Budgets must be updated daily after 9pm (PST)

We're looking for a senior-level Paid Social Buyer to own and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms. You’re someone who’s managed $80K-100K+/day for a DTC brand, with a minimum of 50k/day of that being Meta (within the past 1–2 years), and you bring more than technical know-how — you have strong instincts for creative strategy, deep attribution experience (Northbeam/Triple Whale), and understanding of incrementality (ex: Geo lift testing, Haus), and thrive when fully owning outcomes across spend, performance, and strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing
Paid Social Strategy & Execution- Own paid social and search performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms (AppLovin, Snap, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts)
- Build scalable campaign structures and testing plans to drive profitable growth
- Launch, manage, and optimize $M+/month in ad spend with full autonomy
- Develop media plans rooted in customer acquisition, CAC/LTV, and overall MER targets
- Use multi-touch attribution tools like Northbeam or Triple Whale to uncover true performance insights
- Analyze incrementality reports through in-platform or external tools
- Detect patterns in data, segment performance by geo/creative/audience/funnel stage, and act decisively
- Create custom reports and dashboards to communicate wins, losses, and opportunities
- Brief creative team on angles, hooks, and formats based on performance data and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with CRO to ensure ads and landing pages are congruent, optimized, and continuously tested
- Influence ad design and funnel construction with a focus on improving CVR and AOV
- Planning, Incrementality Testing, & Media Mix Modeling
- Evaluate media mix, timing, flighting, and platform selection based on business needs and channel maturity
- Use tools like Haus or geo lift testing
- Contribute to cross-platform growth strategy by identifying scale opportunities beyond Meta/TikTok
- Align planning with client objectives across both brand and performance goals (e.g. awareness, acquisition)
- Communicate strategies, insights, and media recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership
- Build structured, scalable processes to manage high daily budgets with precision and accountability
- Stay ahead of platform changes, ad policy shifts, and industry benchmarks
