Join the Supply Chain team as a key contributor, working collaboratively across various areas of Supply Chain and partnering with departments such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to support and enhance the supply chain management process for the Brazil market.
**What You Can Expect**
+ Process invoicing for both regular and promotional goods, ensuring accurate generation and handling of fiscal documentation.
+ Manage customer order deliveries in alignment with established processes, commercial terms, and delivery timelines.
+ Request, receive, analyze, and execute client instructions to ensure complete and accurate documentation, minimizing errors throughout the invoicing process.
+ Perform goods receipt transactions using the ERP system (MIGO).
+ Create and monitor transfer orders between plants.
+ Support and participate in cyclical physical inventory counts.
+ Collaborate closely with the commercial team and distributors to align priorities and resolve delivery or invoicing issues.
+ Partner with the Supply Chain team on ad hoc projects and initiatives.
+ Update the providers cost validation sheet (GLSU)
+ Perform inventory validation reports.
**What You Bring to the Table**
+ Bachelor's Degree or 1-3 years of combined education and work experience .
+ Must be fluent in Portuguese, both spoken and written.
+ Problem-solving skills with a heavy emphasis placed on the ability to diagnose and solve problems.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with a broad range of business associates.
+ Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and complete work with speed and accuracy within established timeframes.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to perform and adapt in a rapidly changing environment as necessary.
+ Demonstrated commitment and ability to work necessary overtime to ensure successful accomplishment of assigned tasks.
+ Strong Microsoft office skills

Diante desse cenário, a equipe de Otimização de Supply Chain está à procura de um cientista de dados experiente, capaz de desenvolver modelos, ferramentas e processos para garantir confiabilidade, agilidade, eficiência de custos e a melhor utilização dos ativos.
O candidato ideal terá sólidas habilidades quantitativas e experiência com conjuntos de dados complexos, sendo capaz de identificar tendências, inovar processos e tomar decisões baseadas em dados, considerando a cadeia de suprimentos de ponta a ponta.
Key job responsibilities
* Executar projetos de melhoria contínua na malha logística, aproveitando boas práticas de outros países e/ou desenvolvendo novos modelos.
* Desenvolver modelos de otimização e cenários para planejamentos logísticos.
* Criar modelos de otimização voltados para a execução de eventos e períodos de alta demanda.
Automatizar processos manuais para melhorar a produtividade da equipe.
* Auditar operações, configurações sistêmicas e processos que possam impactar custos, produtividade e velocidade de entregas.
* Realizar benchmarks com outros países para identificar melhores práticas e processos avançados, conectando-os às operações no Brasil.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience working as a Data Scientist
- Experience with data scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, or equivalent) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab, or equivalent)
- Experience in standard machine-learning and statistical modeling tools and techniques (e.g. random forests, gradient-boosted regression, LASSO, logistic regression)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of AWS tech stack (e.g., AWS Redshift, S3, EC2, Glue)
- Experience as a leader and mentor on a data science team
- Experience with data visualization using AWS QuickSight, Tableau, R Shiny, etc;
- Experience in optimization models for logistic.

Overview of the role:
