  • Prospectar novos parceiros comerciais no segmento imobiliário e mercado financeiro,
  • Formar e gerir carteira de Parceiros Comerciais, atuando B2B e B2BC.
  • Fomentar e executar rotina de visitas comerciais e treinamento junto ao Parceiros e mercado.
  • Gestão de indicadores de performance da carteira de Parceiros Comerciais.
  • Atuação comercial com foco em conversão do pipeline.
  • Acompanhamento do negócios com foco em resultado clientes com defesa de crédito, operações estruturadas e soluções de crédito imobiliário.
  • Promover ambiente de negócios na região de atuação através de network amplo, participando de eventos, seminários e convenções, nos segmentos que norteiam os produtos de crédito imobiliário
  • Atuar no desenvolvimento e aplicação de novos projetos e processos, assegurando sua devida implantação, com foco em crescimento de mercado e carteira.
