Responsibilities:
· Navigate complex organizational structures to effectively deliver OCM solutions.
· Contribute to business growth by supporting proposal development and client presentations.
· Adhere to project governance and reporting requirements.
· Collaborate with business leaders to understand change goals and develop effective adoption strategies.
· Lead and manage high-impact and complex OCM initiatives.
· Mentor and coach team members to ensure high-quality OCM delivery.

· Identify and lead value driven delivery of strategic OCM through to technology adoption where appropriate.
Required Qualifications:
· Master's degree in Business administration, Change Management or related fields.
· 8+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably with min. 2 years of technology consulting
· Experience in Pre- _sales_ , _Sales_ and creating documents like RFPs, RFIs and SOWs
· Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem-solving
· Effective communication and presentation skills
· Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
· Familiarity with project management methodologies
· Experience designing and delivering training programs
· Strong analytical and organizational skills
· Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., CCMP, MCMP, Prosci, APMG

- Solida Experiencia em desenvolvimento ServiceNow, Service Portal, SPM, front-end com tecnologias como CSS, Angular.Js, JavaScript e HTML5;
- Vivencia em ambientes ágeis;
- Experiência em gestão de portfólio ágil e ferramentas de gestão de demandas;
- Conhecimento em AWS, especialmente com serviços relacionados a dados como DataMesh, S3 e QuickSight;
- Capacidade de integração de dados entre ServiceNow e AWS;
- Experiência em democratização de dados;

Job Description
Danfoss is looking for a Senior SAP SD Consultant to join the Order Management Team within our Group Digital & IT function. This global team is driving the digitalization and electrification of our ERP landscape by implementing SAP S/4HANA across the company, replacing SAP ECC
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement SAP SD solutions (Order-to-Cash).
- Support global SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
- Conduct training, support go-lives, and follow up on post-implementation activities.
- Facilitate workshops and manage multiple tasks in a cross-functional environment.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), with strong Quote-to-Cash expertise.
- Hands-on experience designing functional solutions and writing specifications.
- Solid understanding of related modules (FI, MM, PP, QM).
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Experience with Brazilian Nota Fiscal configuration.
- Proven knowledge of complex SD flows (intercompany, third-party, consignment, MTO/MTS, contracts, rebates, etc.).
- Familiarity with integrations (CRM, EDI), Fiori, batch jobs, pricing and tax setup.
