Job Description
As a Process Safety Management (PSM) consultant, you will work with industry-leading clients across sectors to reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity. You'll save lives, drive performance and improve the working lives of all your clients' employees.
You will work with our team as a freelance specialist to deliver coaching and support to our clients to help evolve their culture and behaviours in safety and risk management. This will involve working closely with managers and supervisors on client sites, supporting and coaching them in implementing dss+ methodologies.
Key responsibilities will include;
- You will lead PSM projects, advising on, planning and delivering a range of studies and investigations
- You will be working on the client site as part of the dss+ team which will involve some travel.

As well as working as a freelancer or actively in the process of becoming a freelance consultant, you will have the following experience:
- You are familiar with the PSM framework and the correlation between PSM elements.
- Have hands-on experience in leading PSM activities.
- Knowledge of process safety information (PSI), management of change(MOC), emergency response(ER), safe operating procedure(SOP) and other relevant PSM elements.
- Able to lead incident investigations concerning Process Safety Incidents.
- Able to do the gap analysis on PSM and provide recommended solutions to clients throughout the engagement cycle.
- Understand how to set up PSM-related KPIs.
- Able to apply PHA methodologies (HAZOP, What-if, FMEA, FTA etc).
- Ever involved in PSM Audits.
- Understand life cycle management for Process Safety.
- Know ISP (Inherently Safer Process) and LOPA (Layer of Protection Analysis).
- Able to work with all levels of client organisations to implement solutions effectively to realise safety improvement goals.
- Good at developing presentations and documents, at professional standards of excellence for immediate client use in documenting and executing revised Process Safety Management processes.
- Understanding how to handle HTM (Highly Toxic Material) is a plus.
- Having previous experience on how to influence organisation to build a solid safety culture is a plus.

Join our dedicated team as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) in the Texas area, where you will play a crucial role in delivering individualized occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on Patient Care Plans: Actively participate in developing and updating individualized care plans that address each child's unique occupational therapy needs.
- Plan and Provide Therapy Services: Schedule and conduct targeted rehabilitative activities and interventions to help pediatric patients improve their functional abilities and achieve therapy goals.
- Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations: Use standardized assessments to evaluate patients and determine their specific therapy needs.
- Document Treatment and Progress: Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, documenting patient responses and progress during each visit.
- Educate Families and Healthcare Teams: Provide guidance and training to family members and other healthcare professionals on techniques to support patient progress.
- Supervise COTAs: Oversee Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA and OTAs) to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with state guidelines.
- Engage in Case Conferences: Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.
- Coordinate Patient Visits: Confirm weekly schedules with Area Support Managers, ensuring organized and timely patient care.
- Support Discharge Planning : Collaborate with patients, families, and physicians to facilitate effective discharge planning and complete necessary documentation.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Current Texas licensure as an Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) and registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
- Preferred: One year of experience in pediatric or home health occupational therapy.
