Responsabilidades:
- Suporte e monitoramento contínuo das plataformas IBM Filenet, IBM BPM e IBM BPM BAW.
- Identificação, diagnóstico e resolução de incidentes e problemas técnicos relacionados aos sistemas.
- Gestão de chamados, desde a triagem até a resolução final, garantindo que as soluções sejam aplicadas de forma eficiente e dentro dos SLA’s estabelecidos.
- Realização de manutenção preventiva e corretiva nos sistemas, visando sempre a disponibilidade e performance ideais.
- Atuar em melhorias e otimizações nos processos e integrações das ferramentas IBM.
- Preparação de documentação técnica e relatórios sobre incidentes, problemas e melhorias.
- Trabalhar em conjunto com outras equipes de TI e negócios para garantir a evolução e o bom funcionamento das plataformas.
- Realizar treinamentos ou transferências de conhecimento para equipes internas quando necessário.
Requisitos:
- Experiência com as plataformas IBM Filenet , IBM BPM e IBM BPM BAW .
- Sólidos conhecimentos em administração, suporte e sustentação das ferramentas IBM citadas.
.
- Conhecimento em integrações de sistemas, APIs e arquiteturas relacionadas a essas plataformas.
Familiaridade com processos de governança e segurança da informação, especialmente relacionados a documentos e BPM.
- Habilidade para trabalhar com gestão de chamados e priorização de demandas.
- IBM FileNet: administração, estrutura de repositórios, versionamento e integração com sistemas.
- IBM BPM / BAW: entendimento dos fluxos de aprovação existentes, análise de erros e suporte a incidentes nos workflows.
- Integração GED + BPM/BAW: leitura e manutenção de integrações entre os documentos e os processos automatizados.
Desejável:
- Certificações nas tecnologias IBM Filenet, IBM BPM ou IBM BPM BAW.
- Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento e gestão de performance de sistemas.
Atuação em Campinas/SP - Projeto determinado de 6 meses, com possibilidade de prorrogar

Overview
Teceze is seeking a dedicated and proactive On-Site IT Support Engineer to deliver hands-on technical support for our client’s local infrastructure, end-users, and critical systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, continuity of services, and timely resolution of incidents during the designated support period.
This role acts as the primary point of contact for all on-site IT issues while also performing preventive maintenance and ensuring system stability.
Key Responsibilities / Scope of Work
- Provide on-site support for resolving technical incidents related to infrastructure, systems, and end-user devices.
- Perform monitoring and maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Deliver desktop and user support for local staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities such as security checks, system health checks, and patch updates.
- Coordinate critical service requests with remote teams and external vendors as needed.
- Escalate complex incidents to higher-level support teams and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Expected Results
- Operational Continuity: Ensure uninterrupted business operations and system availability.
- Quality Service Delivery: Provide efficient, timely, and professional IT support.
- System Reliability: Reduce downtime and improve infrastructure performance.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Desktop Engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS , networking fundamentals, hardware, and peripherals.
- Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems and incident management processes.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and basic security checks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, Microsoft, or CCNA are a plus.
