Responsabilidades da PosiçãoEstamos procurando um(a) Analista de Customer Success para integrar a equipe em uma empresa de tecnologia SaaS focada no setor de saúde e bem-estar. É fundamental ter experiência prévia em funções de Customer Success, Suporte ou Pré-venda em empresas SaaS, com habilidade para conduzir apresentações e demonstrações online de forma clara e didática. Procuramos um perfil com comunicação clara, empática, proatividade e capacidade analítica.
O(a) candidato(a) será responsável por demonstrar o produto durante o período de teste gratuito, cuidar do relacionamento e do sucesso contínuo dos clientes, garantindo que extraiam o máximo valor da plataforma, tenham uma experiência fluida e contribuam para a retenção e expansão da base.
Responsabilidades- Realizar demonstrações online da plataforma para potenciais clientes durante o teste gratuito;
- Suportar a integração de novos clientes, agendando chamadas e auxiliando na maximização do valor do produto;
- Manter contato proativo via WhatsApp para verificar a experiência do cliente, fornecer atualizações e identificar necessidades ou problemas;
- Sugerir oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell de recursos ou serviços;
- Mapear processos do cliente e adaptar o pitch conforme o segmento de saúde e tecnologia;
- Otimizar o funil de ativação de clientes e acelerar a conversão para assinaturas pagas;
- Atuar como ponto focal para a experiência do usuário, garantindo satisfação e retenção.
- Superior completo ou em curso em áreas relacionadas (Desejável);
- Experiência mínima em Customer Success, Suporte ou Pré-venda em SaaS;
- Habilidade para conduzir apresentações e demonstrações online de forma clara e didática;
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM (HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom);
- Conhecimento básico de métricas de sucesso do cliente (churn, NPS, LTV);
- Inglês intermediário para leitura;
- Comunicação clara, empática e escuta ativa;
- Proatividade e curiosidade para aprender sobre o produto e segmento;

As a Customer Success Manager , you'll manage client onboarding, expansions, and renewals while leveraging a technical expertise with a strategic business mindset to build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities. Join our innovative CS team to drive success and collaborate with Sales, Product, Solutions, and Support teams.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring seamless onboarding, training, and adoption.
- Lead discovery meetings with key users and stakeholders from customers and partners to position Titan as a core system and focus on maximizing its value.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and long-term success.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning product capabilities with customer needs.
- Analyze customer usage data to proactively address risks and drive retention strategies.
- Conduct regular business reviews and proactively address issues to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- 2-4 years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager in a SaaS company (must).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer-facing abilities, including a willingness to meet clients onsite and lead business discussions.
- Experience in identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and working closely with Sales.
- Hands-on experience with onboarding and implementation processes of Salesforce or other CRMs - a must.
- A can-do approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work remotely across EST/PST time zones.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business or equivalent experience.

You'll be working under the mentorship of our current Customer Success Managers, who will train you in the basics of our product and processes. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to help them make the most of our AI-driven tools and chatbots. You'll also team up with colleagues from different departments to keep improving our products and support services. Plus, you'll have the chance to pass on valuable feedback from our clients to our product team, ensuring we focus on the right improvements. This role is also a great opportunity to get hands-on with various business processes and learn what makes them tick.
You'll be working under the mentorship of our current Customer Success Managers, who will train you in the basics of our product and processes. We expect you to dive into the details, experiment and improve processes, and show eagerness to learn and take initiative. We're a small but agile team, and if you're looking to grow, we're here to help you succeed.
As a member of our Customer Success team, you will focus on:
- Onboarding & Demo Presentations
- Demos & Consultations: Lead demo calls and product consultations so that clients fully understand the platform.
- Implementation Strategy: Help develop plans to integrate Chatfuel into clients’ business processes, including tips on using AI agents, chatbots, and automated messaging.
- Content & Training Support
- Educational Content: Assist with creating YouTube videos, training materials, and building our knowledge base.
- Customer Engagement: Handle and respond to user questions and comments, ensuring prompt and effective support.
- Community Management
- WhatsApp Support: Actively manage and support our WhatsApp community, fostering engagement and quickly resolving issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Experimentation & Product Testing: Work with our product and marketing teams on projects like launching new sales funnels and testing new products, using customer feedback to drive improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Tech Curiosity: A strong interest in technology with a willingness to learn about automation tools, chatbots, and AI. Familiarity with REST API is a plus, but not required.
- Support & Communication Skills: Experience in technical support or customer service, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
- Interest in Marketing & Sales: A good understanding of sales funnels, customer journeys, and a knack for entrepreneurial thinking.
- Language Skills: Fluent Portuguese for working with clients and at least a B2 level in English for internal communication.
- Flexibility: Ready to work within the Latin American time zone and adapt to new product updates and customer needs.
