Responsibilities

- Part of an embedment team, candidates will be part of Murex application support / build team performing the following responsibilities:

- Resolve daily Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) issues on both functional, valuation, and pricing

- Liaise with the technical team(s) -- when needed -- to resolve ERM related issues and necessary enhancements

- Develop ERM Business requirements per given stream and according to Project needs as they come along

- Products (IRD, CRD, EQD, FXD) management and validation

- Manage day-to-day assigned project tasks to complete various ERM deliverables

- Contribute and assist existing support group(s) in resolving requests or issues with ERM, VaR, P&L, Market Data, and booking issues

- Analyze, formulate, propose, develop and/or contribute to overall solutions as per project deliverables

- Continuous follow-up of new Market regulations/practices globally

- Perform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables as well as participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT)

- Ability to utilize specialized knowledge on financial derivatives and Murex software to participate in implementation and upgrade projects throughout scoping, design, build and validation phases.

- Provide high-quality support in using the Murex platform for pricing and structuring of complex financial products within trading domain (e.g. FX derivatives, interest rates derivatives, Fixed Income etc.).

- Develop test cases to troubleshoot the system, document defective use cases for fixes by developers.

Skills Description

- Strong analytical, pricing, and ERM skills

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally

- Strong experience in supporting FO users and resolving their daily issues

Must:

- 2+ years experience on Murex with ERM, VaR, and Risk functionalities/module

- 1+ years of experience in financial markets/IT business analysis

- Must have a strong personality, logical and analytical skills

- Be detailed-oriented, a quick learner, and a self-starter

- Possess good verbal and written communication skills

- Must have strong organization skills

Job Description

Visa Case Investigation and Enforcement (CIE) works with issuers, acquirers, processors and merchants worldwide to develop and deliver the support model for Visa Inc. This includes day-to-day operations and product support, back office support and customer performance reporting, including Rules Management function which supports the structural foundation of the Visa Payments network.

Rules & Compliance team works to ensure the safety, security and integrity of the payment system and to support Visa clients in the development of their electronic payments business. Specifically, team establishes and enforces common interoperable rules and standards for our products and services by which clients must operate their Visa programs.

This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.

Qualifications

This is an operational position responsible for supporting the Notification Process by initiating and monitoring notification notices in alignment with the regulatory and strategic compliance objectives of Visa and its Clients. These objectives are defined by the Visa Charter Documents, Visa Core Rules & Product and Service Rules, associated Supplemental Requirements, the Visa do Brasil Regulamento (here referred to as Visa Rules), as well as the various laws governing the Payment System in Brazil.

The jobholder operates independently under moderate supervision and will influence other functions regarding practices, policies, and procedures related to rule compliance. The role is primarily accountable for supporting the team’s initiatives and tasks across the LAC region, with a focus on the Brazilian market, addressing all inquiries, potential violations, and other matters related to the Visa Rules. The position will manage internal and external relationships within the context of the Notification Process, escalating matters to Visa Rules senior management where appropriate, with the objective of minimizing brand and reputational risk to the Visa enterprise.
