Analista de E-mail Marketing CRM para o Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM. Atendimento a estratégias de E-mail Marketing alinhadas aos objetivos do negócio, com atuação analítica e criativa para potencializar a performance de campanhas e fortalecer o relacionamento com a base de leads.
Responsabilidades- Definir e implementar campanhas de e-mail marketing de acordo com o funil de vendas e metas da empresa.

About the RoleAre you a forward-thinking leader passionate about marketing technology, data-driven strategies, and team enablement? We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Director of Marketing Automation to lead our marketing automation efforts across platforms and teams. This is a high-impact role to drive the vision, execution, and optimization of automated marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business impact.
You will lead a team of specialists and collaborate cross-functionally to architect and evolve our Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with data sources and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing automation strategy across B2B and B2C segments.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing automation professionals, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Roadmap & Technical Debt: Own the roadmap for Marketing Cloud, prioritizing enhancements and addressing technical debt.
- Oversee configuration and governance of all aspects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Ensure platform scalability, data integrity, and compliance with CAN-SPAM and CASL regulations.
- Partner with IT, Analytics, and Marketing Ops to align automation with technical architecture and data models.
- Guide the design, build, and deployment of automated customer journeys and personalized campaigns.
- Implement testing and optimization strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor deliverability, subscriber health, and platform performance.
- Work cross-functionally with audience owners, data teams, and campaign managers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Develop documentation, training programs, and onboarding materials to upskill internal teams.
- Serve as the point of contact for issue resolution and platform health monitoring.
- 7+ years in marketing automation, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS.
