O time Infra desenvolve soluções de software e nuvem voltadas para apoiar outros times na melhoria contínua da qualidade, segurança, custo e performance do desenvolvimento de software.
Este time é composto de desenvolvedores de software (front-end e back-end) e desenvolvedores de infraestrutura cloud, todos responsáveis pela experiência dos usuários (clientes externos e internos).
As demandas do time envolvem atendimentos internos sobre infra, manutenção de ferramentas e infra, manutenção de produtos (de autenticação, de autorização, de configurações do usuário).
Atividades do cargo:
- Colaborar na implantação e manutenção da infra de serviços em nuvem utilizando Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Google Cloud;
- Planejar, documentar e validar padrões internos, mudanças de configuração, atualizações e operações de infra;
- Participar em code reviews e colaborar com outros colaboradores;
- Atuar em incidentes críticos envolvendo o ambiente de nuvem híbrida;
- Colaboração em um ambiente ágil, utilizando metodologias como Scrum;
- Contribuir e disseminar práticas de segurança de informação e privacidade de dados confidenciais e restritos, no que diz respeito às rotinas do departamento e empresa.
Requisitos:
- Conhecimento em nuvem (ex: GCP, AWS, Azure) utilizando infraestrutura como código, tecnologias de conteinerização e provisionamento (ex: Docker, Kubernetes);
- Conhecimento com ferramentas de mensageria (como Kafka, RabbitMK);
- Conhecimento em monitoramento e observabilidade (Grafana);
- Disposição para trabalhar em equipe e colaboração com outros times e setores da empresa;
- Disposição para capacitar, tirar dúvidas e elaborar documentações;
- Inglês avançado.
Formação:
- Formação superior completa ou em andamento em Ciências da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia de Controle e Automação ou áreas correlatas.

As a DevOps/Infrastructure team member, your primary mission will be to help ensuring that our infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and cost-effective, supporting the company’s rapid growth and evolving needs. - Infrastructure Scaling and Stability : Contribute to the continuous scaling of our infrastructure to handle increasing loads while maintaining stability and performance. - Performance Optimization : You will continuously monitor and analyze system performance, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement. - Cost Management : Implement strategies to optimize infrastructure costs without compromising performance. This includes rightsizing resources, automating scaling policies, and leveraging cloud provider cost-saving mechanisms.

We seek a highly skilled and experienced DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer who is passionate about building and maintaining scalable, reliable, and efficient infrastructure. You should have a strong background in managing complex environments across cloud providers and bare-metal servers and be comfortable working in high-performance environments, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact the system.
- Kubernetes Mastery : Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
- Multi-Cloud and Bare Metal Expertise : Deep understanding of at least one primary cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and experience managing infrastructure on bare-metal servers. You should be familiar with each environment’s unique challenges and opportunities and capable of leveraging their strengths effectively.
- Infrastructure at Scale: Demonstrated ability to architect and manage infrastructure that can scale horizontally and vertically, supporting a growing user base and increasing traffic. Experience with distributed systems, load balancing, and automated scaling strategies is essential.

- Experience with Media Processing : Familiarity with video and audio processing, streaming, or related technologies is a strong advantage. This includes understanding the performance implications and resource requirements of media workloads.
- Familiarity with the Node.js environment and applications at scale is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet is a plus

- Automate everything — provisioning, monitoring, security — with the best tools for the job.

- Partner directly with product engineers, security, and leadership to ship infrastructure that accelerates growth.
- Mentor teammates, review pull requests, and help define best practices as we scale.
You Should Have:
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps , Cloud Engineering , or Site Reliability Engineering .
- Strong Proven track record with LAMP (Linux Apache Mysql PHP)
- Strong real-world experience with AWS , Kubernetes , and Terraform .
- A deep understanding of Linux, containers, networking, and cloud-native security.
- Proven ability to scale systems to handle high-volume , high-availability workloads.
- Hands-on skills in scripting or coding — Python , Go , or Bash are all great.
- An eye for automation and eliminating manual work wherever you find it.
- Startup or growth-stage experience (bonus points).
- Excellent async communication skills (Slack, GitHub, Docs).
Bonus Points If You’ve:
