Role Description
Bright N Shine Pet Dental is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative based in Brazil to join our remote call center team. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and customer-oriented professional who can manage the full customer journey from the first contact to after-service follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads from multiple channels (phone, WhatsApp, social media, email) and convert them into confirmed appointments.
- Present and sell services by explaining our mobile, anesthesia-free pet dental cleaning in a clear, persuasive way.
- Support field technicians by coordinating schedules, confirming appointments, and ensuring all client and pet details are accurate before service.
- Assist customers daily with questions, rescheduling, and service follow-ups to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Advanced English (spoken and written) – essential for daily communication with U.S.-based clients and team members.
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or call center roles.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, messaging apps, and online scheduling systems.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability if needed.
- Stable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work.
