Esta é uma oportunidade única de ingressar em uma das empresas de saúde digital de crescimento mais rápido e construir o futuro da saúde.
Agente de CX que tem experiências anteriores em rotinas de atendimento e suporte. Estamos construindo um serviço que ajuda as pessoas a alcançarem com sucesso seus objetivos de saúde em todas as áreas, desde saúde mental até perda de peso e queda de cabelo, e que opera no Reino Unido e no Brasil.
Você terá um papel essencial para garantir a melhor jornada do cliente através da experiência com nosso atendimento e empresa, de forma geral.
Responsabilidades
- Administrar e resolver reclamações, reclamações e chamados técnicos através de diversos canais de atendimento, sempre respeitando os SLAs;
- Garantir a qualidade técnica e o tom de voz da marca durante tratamentos com cliente;
- Registrar todos os problemas dos clientes de forma precisa e completa em nosso sistema de suporte;
- Foco na resolução proativa de problemas dos clientes, oferecendo atendimento consultivo e preventivo para evitar recorrências;
- identificar e resolver problemas técnicos relacionados aos produtos ou serviços do MANUAL;
- Colaborar com outras equipes internacionais para garantir a resolução rápida e eficaz dos problemas.
Requisitos
- Ter disponibilidade para trabalhar no modelo híbrido na cidade de São Paulo ou Rio de Janeiro;
- Profissional qualificado com experiência no setor;
- Experiência no atendimento através de múltiplos canais (e-mail, whatsapp, redes sociais, reclame aqui, ligação telefônica, etc) para atendimento síncrono e assíncrono;
- Experiência em plataformas de gerenciamento de tickets, como zendesk, hubspot, salesforce;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
- Ter experiência prévia em startups e/ou com empresas de saúde digital;
- Inglês intermediário ou avançado;

Experience and Skills- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, finance, or related quantitative fields; advanced degree a plus
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience, experience working with GTM function in B2B a plus, experience working with financial institutions a plus
- Possess a strong blend of technical expertise and communication skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Experience with programming languages (Python preferred)
- Advanced SQL skills
- Advanced Microsoft suite of tools skills including pivot tables, index matching or vlookup, and slide design
- Outstanding project management skills with the ability to consistently hit deadlines

Job Title: Sr Data Analyst – AWS Migration & Cloud Data Warehouse

Position Summary :
We are seeking a results-driven Sr Data Analyst to support both the migration of data infrastructure from Microsoft Azure to AWS and the ongoing analytics and reporting needs in the post-migration cloud environment. Your experience will include at least 5 years in a product rich environment analyzing e-commerce, forecasting and inventory data for key decision makers.
This role is critical to ensuring data quality, business continuity, and analytic value throughout the migration lifecycle and beyond. The Data Analyst will work closely with AWS engineers, business stakeholders, and analytics teams to design, validate, and operationalize data workflows in a modern AWS-based architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Migration (Assessment and Transition Support):
- Analyze and document current-state data sources (e.g., Dynamics 365 BC, SQL Server, Access, Magento, PIM, Repricer, APIs).
- Conduct data profiling and quality assessments to inform migration strategies.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to support data mapping, transformation, and validation processes during migration.
- Help define and document performance, compliance, and availability requirements for datasets being moved to AWS.
- Support migration testing and cutover planning for reporting and analytic workloads.
Post-Migration (AWS Data Warehouse Enablement):
- Perform ongoing data validation, reconciliation, and quality monitoring across S3, Redshift, Glue, and other AWS data services.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Amazon QuickSight or equivalent BI tools.
- Translate business questions into data-driven analyses and deliver actionable insights across sales, operations, and e-commerce domains.
- Support business stakeholders with ad hoc data needs and self-service analytics enablement.
- Partner with ML/GenAI teams to prepare and validate data sets for AI/ML models, and assist in measuring model outputs.
- Document data dictionaries, business logic, and data lineage to ensure transparent and auditable reporting.
- Contribute to ongoing data governance, security, and cost optimization practices in AWS.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or BI Analyst role supporting cloud-based data platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation across relational and cloud-based data stores (e.g., Redshift, SQL Server, Access).
- Experience working with API-driven data sources and unstructured data.
- Familiarity with AWS data services such as S3, Glue, Redshift, and QuickSight.

- Experience with data migration projects, particularly from Azure to AWS.
- Knowledge of tools like Athena, Python (Pandas), or dbt for data transformation and exploration.
- Understanding of data warehouse design, dimensional modeling, and cost-efficient architecture patterns.
- Exposure to Amazon seller channel data, e-commerce analytics, or ERP reporting.
- Familiarity with GenAI or ML model support workflows is a plus.

As a Data Analytics Consultant II, you’ll work with some of the largest sites on the web across major industries (retail, auto, finance, travel, etc.) and help to answer questions about site performance and user engagement, which drives improved customer experience for their customers and improves the client’s overall business.
Dynatrace’s tools generate mountains of data, a lot of which clients don’t know how to make use of…that’s where you come in. You will turn that mountain of data into invaluable insight. As someone who lives and breathes data, analysis and problem solving, you will help your clients understand the right performance data, in the right context. You’ll turn that data into business altering insight which enables your client to take the right action to improve overall site performance and user experience that maximizes business outcomes.
You will help clients set a strategy for how they can optimize both their current performance and build performance into their culture. You will deliver targeted and actionable value for 40+ clients. Responsibilities include:
• Becoming adept with our Digital Experience components to find the important pieces of data that will help move the performance needle for your customer base
• Prioritization and organization of your top consuming customers to ensure you’re meeting their critical monitoring needs
• Looking for opportunities to help your newer customers mature with Digital Experience and expand their usage of Dynatrace
• Creating concise analysis deliverables for your clients by finding answers from the Digital Experience data through reporting, dashboarding, or technology expertise
• Focusing your efforts with a consultative mindset to identify needs across varied industry verticals
• Additional responsibilities include working with our team to improve process, identify training gaps and share ideas
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or other related disciplines is required.
• 3-5 years of experience with data analysis, including looking at and distilling complex sets of data and presenting findings in an engaging way
Preferred Requirements:
• Experience in data driven analysis - excellent at working with, understanding, analyzing data
• Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, JS, CSS, networking, Content Delivery Networks, Cloud; basic understanding of Chrome Dev and Webpage test
• Proficient with analysis tools including Google Analytics, Adobe, Advanced Excel, Tableau, SPSS, R, etc.
• Stellar conceptualization and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to bring business and technical people together around clear product concepts, and to motivate them to deliver whole, working solutions
• Operates with a customer first focus
• Proven ability to work under pressure and to handle multiple conflicting priorities
• Recognizes and understands both personal and team dynamics and relationships, is empathetic to stakeholder concerns and effectively influences and persuades
• Thinks proactively and tries to develop solutions rather than wait for an answer
• Has a desire to learn new technology and deliver successful customer and partner outcomes for stakeholders at all levels
• Possesses excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
