Missão
Prestar atendimento aos clientes de consumíveis e peças da M-I, envolvendo desde o recebimento do pedido até sua entrega no cliente.
O que você vai fazer
- Analisar e processar os pedidos de impressoras, peças e consumíveis.
- Acompanhar o faturamento dos pedidos processados.
- Acompanhar o backlog e informar o cliente sobre atrasos.
- Contatar departamento de logística para posições de entrega e disponibilidade de faturamento.
- Verificar diariamente os pedidos processados nos portais de compras dos clientes.
- Emitir cotações e enviar aos clientes.
- Apoiar o cliente com relação a reclamações, esclarecimentos ou dúvidas por e-mail e telefone.
- Suporte ao time de vendas quanto aos pedidos de impressoras para faturamento/processamento.
- Suporte ao financeiro quanto solicitações de refaturamento.
Experiências mandatórias e conhecimentos
- Ensino Médio completo.
- Experiência com atendimento ao cliente.
- Conhecimento em Pacote Office nível usuário
- Habilidades: Comunicação verbal e escrita, negociação, influência sem autoridade, organização e administração do tempo.
- Português Fluente
- Espanhol Fluente
- Inglês Avançado
Competências desejáveis
- Superior completo em Administração de empresas e áreas afins.
- Conhecimento em SAP
