- Formação: Engenharia da Computação, Ciência da Computação, Estatística, ou áreas correlatas.
- Comunicar e articular ideias complexas de forma clara e colaborativa, interagindo com diferentes níveis da organização.
- Pensar de forma inovadora para superar desafios e encontrar soluções criativas para problemas operacionais, aprimorando a eficiência e eficácia dos processos e sistemas.
- Implementar e desenvolver melhorias de processos e soluções sistêmicas em ambiente SaaS e DevOps, garantindo excelência operacional e escalabilidade.
- Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre as últimas tendências e ferramentas em IA generativa aplicadas ao atendimento dos colaboradores, buscando inovações para aprimorar a experiência e eficácia do suporte.
- Plataforma de computação em nuvem Azure e suas principais ferramentas para IA Generativa.
- Desenvolvimento e integração de sistemas, com proficiência em Python e C#, .NET.
- Familiaridade com IA Generativa, NLP, e integração em modelos de negócio.
- Técnicas de desenvolvimento de aplicações de IA Generativa, como Retrieval Augmented Generation.
- Plataformas de Atendimento, Chatbot, Experiência do Usuário e uso de dados para medir iniciativas.
- Automação de processos e canais de atendimento, especialmente na área de Recursos Humanos.
- Idiomas: Inglês Técnico.
- Gestão de projetos, metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban), frameworks de inovação (Lean Startup, Design Thinking).
- Segurança da Informação, Gestão da Mudança, Compliance e regulamentações de IA.
- Padrões de arquiteturas orientadas a serviços.

A Cielo anunciou a abertura de mais de 70 vagas de emprego em sua unidade de Barueri. As oportunidades abrangem cargos em diferentes níveis e áreas, incluindo tecnologia, comercial, finanças, dados e gestão. O processo de candidatura pode ser realizado por meio do site oficial de recrutamento da Cielo (clique aqui ).
Entre as posições disponíveis estão analistas, especialistas, engenheiros de software, consultores de inteligência artificial e executivos comerciais. Há também vagas exclusivas para mulheres e para pessoas com deficiência (PCDs), além de oportunidades de estágio.
A empresa está oferecendo modelos de trabalho presencial, híbrido e remoto, dependendo da função. O processo seletivo inclui cinco etapas: inscrição, triagem, entrevista com a equipe de atração e seleção, entrevista com gestor e etapa final de contratação.
