A Unox, líder global na produção de fornos de alta qualidade e orgulhosamente certificada como Great Place to Work no Brasil, está procurando Chefs Corporativos para se juntar à nossa equipe de parceiros nacionais.
Nessa função, você será responsável por demonstrar, treinar e orientar clientes e parceiros sobre o uso eficiente das tecnologias da Unox, promovendo soluções inovadoras que otimizem processos e elevem a qualidade e rentabilidade das operações culinárias.
Atividades:
- Conduzir treinamentos práticos e técnicos para equipes de cozinha;
- Desenvolver receitas que demonstrem a versatilidade dos equipamentos;
- Realizar demonstrações para clientes, eventos e feiras do setor;
- Apoiar a equipe comercial com insights técnicos e argumentos estratégicos;
- Acompanhar tendências gastronômicas e propor soluções inovadoras;
- Oferecer suporte pós-venda para garantir performance máxima dos produtos UNOX.
Requisitos:
- Formação técnica ou experiência prévia em Gastronomia e áreas correlatas;
- Conhecimento em fornos combinados e diferentes técnicas de cocção;
- CNH (B) ativa e disponibilidade para viagens e deslocamentos;
- Boa comunicação interpessoal e habilidades de apresentação;
- Proatividade e perfil mão na massa;
- Desejável: Inglês Intermediário.

O papel envolve projetar e desenvolver soluções escaláveis, seguras e de alta performance. É uma oportunidade para quem busca um desafio constante em um ambiente inovador.
Responsabilidades Principais- Desenvolver e manter serviços em Node.js e Java, trabalhando com tecnologias como Quarkus e Spring.
- Implementar e integrar soluções de mensageria utilizando RabbitMQ.
- Trabalhar com dados em cenários de alto volume, utilizando MongoDB.
- Construir, implantar e gerenciar aplicações em Kubernetes e Docker.
- Experiência com Node.js
- Conhecimento avançado em Java, incluindo Quarkus e Spring

- Programme transcription: convert practitioner plans into clear, chef-ready documents.
- Chef recruitment & onboarding: interview prospective chefs and help them integrate into Biospan's workflow.
- Supplier sourcing: identify and vet regional food and supplement suppliers.
- Supplement ordering: manage supplement orders and track deliveries for clients.
- Degree or diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Proven menu-design experience and a background in chef or catering environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Personable, organised, and able to juggle multiple stakeholders calmly.
- Technically proficient: comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and remote-collaboration tools.
