MISSIONS OF THE CHIEF SECURITY OFFICERGoal:The Country Security Officer, in full coordination with the Regional HUB Chief Security Officer, leads, coordinates, plans, implements, and organizes security-related activities for all Global Business Units and other Engie entities operating in his/her country or area of responsibility. He/she acts as the pivotal element for all security-related matters within his/her country or area, concerning both the Group and third parties collaborating with it. He/she cooperates with all interested parties and actively participates, within the framework of his/her functions, in protecting employees, infrastructures, and information against malicious acts by defining and implementing prevention and protection measures that mitigate security risks to an acceptable level.

OrganizationThe CS is appointed by the country managing director. Under the supervision of his/her manager, who may be a member of the board of directors of a GBU or Engie entity with significant security issues, the CS acts under the supervision of the Regional HUB Chief Security Officer (functional authority), to whom he/she reports directly for all security issues and logistical/financial aspects when support from the Regional HUB CSO is required. He/she must develop an annual or multi-year budget with the Regional HUB CSO to implement his/her activity plan.

He/she prepares objectives during year N for year N+1 with his/her manager, which are submitted for approval to the Regional HUB CSO, who may modify or prioritize them. Job description:Advise the country managing director and managers of GBUs or other Engie entities on security issues. Ensure deployment of the Group's security policy in his/her country and alignment of his/her security action plan with this policy and Group guidelines.

Maintain and develop liaison with all local Engie personnel, local administrations, and government/military agencies as necessary. Participate in bi-monthly security gatherings, transmit information to the Regional HUB CSO, and report notable events. Identify, monitor, and respond to threats to employees, assets, and facilities, providing alerts on immediate threats and emerging trends.

Monitor local regulations, technologies, threats, contribute to threat watches, and facilitate exchanges with relevant units. Implement physical protection measures (badges, cameras, alarms, locks) to ensure a secure environment for employees, including travel advisories for business travelers. Participate in protecting sensitive information, raise staff awareness, and contribute to information classification and investigation of leaks.

Prepare for security crises and participate in crisis management as needed. Participate in annual internal control exercises, identify gaps, and develop risk mitigation plans. Manage security aspects of major Group events, collaborating with the Regional HUB CSO as necessary.

Develop country-specific security policies, procedures, and plans in conjunction with the Regional HUB CSO, ensuring compliance with security rules and regulations. Conduct audits and due diligence on third-party security providers and subcontractors, sharing results with the Regional HUB CSO and DSIE.Collaborate with business developers to identify project-related risks.

What will you be doing?

The CMO will be responsible for setting and executing our global marketing strategy, managing performance across multiple verticals, and delivering measurable growth in leads, conversions, and revenue. What Do You Bring?

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 10+ years in performance marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership/executive role. Proven ability to lead and scale marketing teams in a fast-growth, remote-first environment

  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and large media budgets

We are searching for a seasoned, strategic, commercial, and hands-on COO to lead and shape our go-to-market strategy for novel mineral-based carbon removal products across agricultural and mining sectors and evolve our operational backbone. In this role, you’ll oversee our entire value chain - from mineral inputs and field operations to our internal science engine and technology roadmap. This is a senior role where bold strategy meets operational precision to drive transformational scale.

This is a rare opportunity to refine product-market fit , identify scalable customer use cases, lead the integration of field deployment, scientific integrity, and operational scaling in one of the world’s most promising carbon removal approaches. On the operational front, you will work closely with our Chief Impact Officer and Head of Operations , who leads the charge on regional management, farmer acquisition, and the logistical execution of rock powder spreading across Brazil. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our VP of Science , ensuring that our field strategy is aligned with our scientific standards, operational goals, and long-term climate impact targets - building a delivery system that is not only efficient, but deeply trusted by our farming partners.

As a core strategic and visionary player, you’ll work cross-functionally to ensure our product offering is differentiated and delivers real agronomic value while meeting carbon certification requirements. You’ll be responsible for orchestrating our 1-100 scale-up journey : evolving early pilots into robust, repeatable, and high-impact operations at national scale.

We’re at a tipping point of scale, with growing complexity across teams, partners, and international ecosystems. The ideal candidate has a strong operational track record , ideally in Brazilian agribusiness , and can bridge execution with innovation.

You will report directly to the CEO and be a critical member of our Senior Leadership Team alongside our CFO. You’ll directly lead a large and growing team, including:

  • Head of Operations and all project deployment teams including Supply and Regional Managers
  • Our Science team, in close partnership with the VP of Science
  • Collaboration with Carbon, and Technology teams
  • Strategic collaboration with our Chief Impact Officer, and commercial partners

You’ll play a central role in aligning science, fieldwork, and operations , ensuring we stay ahead in the rapidly evolving climate and carbon removal landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy, Innovation & Scaling Operations

  • You’ll help define and scale a novel carbon removal product - taking it from early traction to being a key player in agriculture and mining. This is a 1-100 leadership role, demanding bold strategy, deep market insight, and relentless execution.
  • Lead the design and execution of a world-class ERW deployment operation across Brazil, with scalability in mind.
  • Translate InPlanet’s carbon and climate goals into clear operational strategies and regional delivery models.
  • Drive continuous improvement through operational KPIs, systemisation, and performance data.

Agricultural & Supply Chain Leadership

  • You’ll drive go-to-market strategies that bring breakthrough mineral products into entrenched agricultural systems, building the trust and partnerships needed for national adoption. Commercial creativity and strategic grit will be essential.
  • Build strategic partnerships with input suppliers, logistics providers, agricultural service firms, and regional stakeholders.
  • Oversee the sourcing, logistics, and deployment of rock powder - from mine to farm.
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance with carbon standards, farmer requirements, and regulatory frameworks.

Science-Driven Operations & Technology Alignment

  • Collaborate with Science, Carbon, and Technology teams to ensure smooth integration of R&D, field trials, and data flows.
  • You’ll bridge science and market, ensuring our product not only works in trials but wins in the real world. Field feedback will shape product evolution and create operational systems that scale with credibility and speed.
  • Support the legal team to uphold integrity in carbon reporting and environmental impact.

Team & Culture Building

  • You’ll build a leadership culture that’s entrepreneurial, fast, and accountable - turning high performers into high-impact owners. Your teams will know not just what to do, but why it matters.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing operations teams across Brazil and globally.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and impact-driven execution.

Core Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of senior leadership in operations, supply chain, or agribusiness in Brazil and in high-growth or startup contexts.
  • You’ve scaled something from messy beginnings to market success - ideally as a founder, GM, or CEO. You know what product-market fit looks like, and how to turn it into category leadership.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and building scalable systems from the ground up.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Portuguese and English.

  • A confident, emotionally intelligent leader who knows when to listen, act, and delegate.

  • Experience in impact-driven sectors such as climate, carbon markets, or regenerative agriculture is a big plus.
  • Deep knowledge and network of Brazilian agriculture, logistics, or mining.
  • Experience building strategic and commercial partnerships in Brazil, within agriculture.
  • Experience with building and scaling tech for agriculture.

Estratégia Crescimento

Desenhar o plano de crescimento 3-anos (GTM, segmentação, canais).

Definir metas de receita, margens e LTV/CAC e revisa-las bimestralmente.

Revenue Operations (RevOps)

Integrar processos, dados e tecnologia (CRM, automação, BI) criando visão única do funil.

Implantar playbooks de vendas, marketing e CS baseados em métricas.

Marketing Geração de Demanda

Liderar campanhas 360º (digital, eventos, ABM) para gerar pipelines qualificados.

Vendas Expansão

Requisitos mínimos

Formação

  • Graduação completa (Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Marketing, TI ou afins).
  • MBA/Pós em Gestão, Marketing Estratégico ou Finanças (desejável).

Experiência

  • Mínimo de 5 anos em posições sêniores de Vendas/Marketing/Revenue, sendo 2+ anos liderando times executivos multidisciplinares.
  • Histórico comprovado de crescimento de receita, entrada em novos mercados e superação consistente de metas.
  • Vivência em negócios de serviços B2B; experiência em segurança eletrônica, facilities ou tecnologia será forte diferencial.

Hard Skills

  • Revenue Ops, funil de vendas complexo (Inbound/Outbound), CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), automação.
  • Modelagem financeira, precificação, construção de planos de incentivo.
  • BI Analytics: domínio de KPIs (LTV, CAC, MRR, churn, NPS) e ferramentas de dados.
