Desenhar o plano de crescimento 3-anos (GTM, segmentação, canais).

Definir metas de receita, margens e LTV/CAC e revisa-las bimestralmente.

Revenue Operations (RevOps)

Integrar processos, dados e tecnologia (CRM, automação, BI) criando visão única do funil.

Implantar playbooks de vendas, marketing e CS baseados em métricas.

Marketing Geração de Demanda

Liderar campanhas 360º (digital, eventos, ABM) para gerar pipelines qualificados. 

Estabelecer posicionamento e branding consistentes para todas as unidades da empresa. 

Vendas Expansão

Aumentar share em contas atuais via upsell/cross-sell.

Abrir novos mercados (B2B varejo - segurança em eletrônica, facilities, segurança armada e bombeiro civil), incluindo implantação e gestão de SDR´s e Closers no meio digital

Customer Success Retenção

Elevar NPS e churn negativo.

Criar programas e aprimorar pós-venda consultivo e expansão de carteira. 

People Cultura

Manter canal aberto com colaboradores; promover escuta ativa e alinhamento de expectativas pessoais e profissionais sob sua gestão.

Construir e desenvolver equipes de alta performance, guiadas por dados e proposito gerindo através de feedbacks SCI e PDI´s para seus respectivos  líderes. 

Governança Reporting

Entregar previsões financeiras mensais ao board.

Garantir compliance, política de preços e rentabilidade saudável aliada a valorização da marca.

Requisitos mínimos

Formação

• Graduação completa (Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Marketing, TI ou afins).
• MBA/Pós em Gestão, Marketing Estratégico ou Finanças (desejável).

Experiência

• Mínimo de 5 anos em posições sêniores de Vendas/Marketing/Revenue, sendo 2+ anos liderando times executivos multidisciplinares.
• Histórico comprovado de crescimento de receita, entrada em novos mercados e superação consistente de metas.
• Vivência em negócios de serviços B2B; experiência em segurança eletrônica, facilities ou tecnologia será forte diferencial.

Hard Skills

• Revenue Ops, funil de vendas complexo (Inbound/Outbound), CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), automação.
• Modelagem financeira, precificação, construção de planos de incentivo.
• BI Analytics: domínio de KPIs (LTV, CAC, MRR, churn, NPS) e ferramentas de dados.
• Inglês e espanhol (desejável).

Soft Skills

• Liderança inspiradora e coaching de equipes diversas.
• Comunicação clara com C-Level e field teams.
• Pensamento estratégico com execução hands-on.
