Position overview:
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a wide range of financial activities, significantly contributing to the company's financial health and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure transaction accuracy between financial records and bank statements;
- Monitor and manage cash flows for assigned offices;
- Support accounts payable processes, ensuring timely bill payments according to financial policies;
- Manage accounts receivable activities to maximize cash flow;
- Develop strategic financial projects to optimize resource management and enhance financial performance;
- Provide financial support and insights to front office teams;
- Set and monitor goals for teams and individuals in the front office to improve performance and control costs;
- Monitor operational and budgetary costs, comparing them with annual budgets for financial control;
- Analyze accounting documents and link them to broader financial analyses for insights and improvements;
- Prepare and present results reports and conduct weekly cash management reviews for decision-making support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in a multicultural environment;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Intermediate knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus;
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with effective collaboration abilities;
- Motivation to work in a multicultural environment;
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Position: Financial Modeling and Investment Analyst
Profile:
We are looking for an Analyst/Consultant to work in financial modeling and investment analysis related to the energy transition atCELA.The professional must have solid knowledge in financial modeling, project finance and corporate finance, preferably with previous experience in the electricity sector in modeling involving infrastructure, generation and renewable energy projects.
We are looking for someone with proactivity, interest in developing in various topics in the energy sector within a dynamic environment and the ability to work autonomously.
We value professionals committed to the energy transition, who know how to cultivate strategic relationships and contribute to the success of a dynamic and agile consulting team.
Requirements:
1.
Degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics or related areas.
Postgraduate degrees and certifications such as CFA will be considered a differential;
2.
Domain of corporate finance, accounting, financial modeling, project finance, valuation;
3.
Minimum experience of 3 years in project modeling and valuation;
4.Fluent English;
5.Previous experience in the electricity sector, renewable energy projects, energy transition, auctions and infrastructure projects will be considered a differential.
Main responsibilities:
1.
Building complex financial models for existing demands and for new technologies in the energy sector;
2.
Valuation, due diligence and feasibility analysis of projects;
3.
Modeling and analysis of optimal capital structure, fundraising via project finance and/or corporate finance, as well as detailed analysis of cost of capital and returns;
4.
Construction and detailed evaluation of sensitivities and scenarios;
5.
Assist the other areas related to CELA's consulting and M&A in the creation of financial modeling and analysis tools when necessary.
