Analista Financeiro Pleno (FP&A). Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Financeiro Pleno comprometido(a) e analítico(a). Este(a) profissional será responsável por dar suporte às rotinas de planejamento e controle financeiro. Atuará de forma colaborativa com diferentes áreas, assegurando consistência, precisão e agilidade nas informações financeiras.

Principais Responsabilidades
  • Elaboração e acompanhamento do Budget anual de despesas, bem como das revisões trimestrais (Forecasts), garantindo o alinhamento entre todas as áreas envolvidas do negócio e o cumprimento dos prazos e diretrizes estabelecidos.
  • Atuação no controle orçamentário por meio de análises mensais de variações, explicando as causas dos desvios e contribuindo com recomendações para ações corretivas alinhadas à estratégia financeira da companhia.
  • Análise de despesas durante o processo de fechamento financeiro, garantindo a acuracidade dos números em conjunto com o time contábil.
  • Contribuir na análise de provisões contábeis, como impairment e obsolescência, de acordo com as políticas internas.
  • Análise de custos, com foco na identificação de variações e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Estruturar, consolidar e analisar informações de Sell Out e GTM, elaborando relatórios e dashboards que apoiem decisões estratégicas.
Requisitos
  • Graduação completa em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência prévia em FP&A ou áreas similares
  • Domínio de Excel e ferramentas de BI (ex: Power BI).
  • Conhecimento de SAP.
  • Inglês intermediário/avançado.

The Opportunity

The Financial Analyst (FA) will support finance functions for OpenText’s Brazil Entities, working with the Sr. Manager, Financial Controllership, and the Americas Shared Service Center. The FA will be part of the accounting and finance cycle, supporting global finance activities and regional requirements for Brazil and Mexico, contributing significantly to the Americas Shared Service Center.

What The Role Offers
  • Handling financial processes in Brazil, including accounts payable, receivable, and cash applications.
  • Managing financial closing processes (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and preparing necessary reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate and local regulations (SOX, internal procedures, local laws).
  • Performing accounting reconciliations and supporting the general ledger process.
  • Collaborating with the Shared Service Center and local tax outsourcing/consultants.
  • Desirable skills include knowledge of withholding taxes in transactions.
What You Need To Succeed
  • At least 3 years of finance experience.
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills.

Airswift is seeking a Finance Analyst to work on a permanent contract in Rio Bonito with a major Maintenance and repair of vessels and floating structures Company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work directly on reviewing accounting records for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, in partnership with outsourced accounting, to ensure the correct allocation of Revenue, Costs, and Expenses, as well as provide information for the final report to the Head Quarter, ensuring the accuracy of the figures;
  • Work on managing Cash Flow and disseminating it through weekly reports, ensuring that all inflows and outflows are properly recorded;
  • Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to track the monthly performance of the business, providing management with information for decision-making;
  • Participate in periodic physical counts of inventory and fixed assets, ensuring that the figures reported in the balance sheet reflect reality;
  • Assist in the development of the annual budget exercise, as well as quarterly forecast exercises, analyzing the trends of each group of accounts and product lines to accurately project results;
  • Analyze monthly results and provide insights to the Finance Manager regarding cost and process optimization;
  • Advise the Finance Manager on various analyses, particularly regarding process optimization, cost management, pricing strategies, etc.;

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
  • Experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in multinational companies;
  • Experience with ERPs (SAP, Alterdata, or similar);
  • Experience in inventory control and auditing;
  • Solid experience in Excel, using formulas and pivot tables. Experience with the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Power BI is a plus;
  • Knowledge and experience with general accounting principles and financial procedures;
  • Intermediate English.
