We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team in Campinas. This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to our Treasury team.

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Monitor incoming payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables
  • Collect and research accounts payable data using SAP ERP
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts (customers and vendors subledger)
  • Develop alternative solutions for accounts payable and account receivable challenges
  • Analyze account receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams, customers and vendors to resolve payment issues
  • Prepare and analyze reports on accounts payable and advance payments
  • Assist in forecasting cash inflows and outflows and contribute to overall liquidity planning
  • Ensure all payments comply with GEA policies and procedures
  • Support BPO's PTP (Procure to Pay), RTR (Record to Report) and OTC (Order to Cash) teams
  • Request and control bonds and guarantees
  • Proceed with account receivable dunning and collection

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Ensure account payable and receivable accuracy and compliance in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Intermediate English

Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $79,400.00 - $119,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description: Manheim, a Cox Automotive brand, is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst. The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Manager, Finance, and be responsible for supporting the leadership and direction of the financial activities of the assigned region. The Senior Financial Analyst is a key business partner for the Manager, Finance, as well as the Regional Director, Region Senior Managers, and Auction Leadership. This role will be a key liaison with the COE and other functional business areas.

Candidates may reside in Central or Western Time Zones, with preference for those in Texas, Arizona, California, Colorado, or Illinois. Regional travel may be up to 25%.

Responsibilities
  • Support preparation and review of consolidated monthly and annual financial results.

  • Assist with development and delivery of management presentations for Auction and Regional leadership.

  • Build and maintain relationships with functional business areas including Marketing, Credit & Collections, Operations, and other functions to promote collaboration.

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and develop financial models and business cases to identify operational efficiencies and support new investment ideas.

  • Analyze trends and key variances to plans and partner with Manager and region leadership to develop and support improvement plans.

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and presentation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets.

  • Assist in development of driver-based models to support region.

  • Collaborate with internal customers and peers in developing reporting tools which appropriately solve the needs of the business and provide strategic support.

Leadership & Development
  • Remain current on best practices and trends relevant to finance and related technologies.

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at operating locations, and key corporate stakeholders, ensuring that they understand and value the services provided by the Finance team and respond to feedback regarding opportunities for improvement.

  • Partner with key stakeholders across Cox Automotive to ensure appropriate service levels are being provided.

Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred with 4+ years of experience including a focus in financial analysis and business case modeling. A candidate may also have a Master's Degree with 2+ years of experience or a Ph.D with 1 year of relevant experience. Non-degreed candidates will have 8+ years of experience.

  • Outstanding analytical skills and a high degree of intellectual curiosity.

  • Strong communication skills. Ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner and explain financials to various audiences.

  • Energetic, resourceful, and hands-on individual with a strong bias for action.

  • Advanced Excel skills (including financial functions, formulas, shortcuts, pivot tables, lookups, charting/graphing) and command of PowerPoint (design, formatting, charting/graphing).

  • Highly-organized with high sense of ownership and excellent follow-through.

  • Ability to operate and work across functional groups in a matrixed organization.

  • Self-starter with flexibility and willingness to balance multiple changing priorities, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • Experienced in organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating individual and team activities.

  • Advanced MS PowerPoint skills preferred, with an emphasis on effective, professional presentation design/formatting.
