O QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ?
Formação: Superior completo em Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas
Idiomas: Inglês fluente (será validado em entrevista)
Experiência: Liderança de equipes de atendimento ou customer service, atendimento interno a áreas comerciais, atuação com alto volume de pedidos e múltiplas interfaces
Conhecimentos Técnicos:
- SAP (obrigatório)
- Excel e PowerPoint avançado
- Ciclo de pedidos (input, cobrança de aprovação, faturamento)
- CRM (desejável Salesforce ou similares)
- Experiência em empresas com CSC estruturado
- Atuação em ambientes com alta pressão ou sazonalidade (ex: safra, varejo, automotivo)
- Perfil com viés tecnológico e foco em melhoria contínua
- Liderar equipe de 6 pessoas do Customer Service, garantindo suporte aos 50 RTVs e 6 Gerentes Regionais
- Supervisionar o ciclo completo dos pedidos no SAP, atuando diretamente em pendências, cobranças e liberações
- Atuar como ponte entre áreas operacionais e comerciais, mantendo alinhamento e fluidez no atendimento
- Monitorar KPIs da área (SLAs, acuracidade, lead time, satisfação do time comercial) e emitir relatórios gerenciais
- Desenvolver e capacitar o time, formado por profissionais júnior
- Propor melhorias de processos, sistemas e estrutura da área (inclusive CRM próprio em fase de desenvolvimento)
- Apoiar decisões estratégicas com visão analítica e capacidade de transformar a operação

- Perfil de liderança, com excelente capacidade de comunicação, negociação e relacionamento interpessoal.
- Responsável por liderar as equipes de atendimento ao cliente, suporte técnico e pós-venda, garantindo a excelência na experiência do cliente com os produtos e serviços de telemetria e videomonitoramento.
- Com forte base técnica, atuará na interface entre clientes, áreas técnicas e operacionais da empresa, promovendo soluções ágeis, atendimento de alto padrão e melhoria contínua dos processos de suporte e relacionamento.
- Gerenciar as equipes de atendimento, assegurando a qualidade e eficiência no suporte técnico e no relacionamento com o cliente.
- Monitorar KPIs de atendimento (SLA, NPS, tempo médio de atendimento, taxa de resolução na 1ª chamada etc.) e implementar planos de ação para garantir os níveis de serviço.
- Atuar como ponto focal para resolução de casos críticos e escalonamentos técnicos ou operacionais.
- Trabalhar em parceria com as áreas de Engenharia para garantir o alinhamento técnico das soluções entregues ao cliente.
- Desenvolver políticas, procedimentos e fluxos de atendimento padronizados e orientados à melhoria contínua da experiência do cliente.
- Participar de reuniões com clientes estratégicos, com foco na retenção, satisfação e expansão de serviços.
- Conduzir análises de causa raiz de falhas recorrentes nos atendimentos, propondo melhorias nos sistemas, processos e produtos.
- Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentações periódicas com dados operacionais, indicadores de performance e oportunidades de melhoria.
