How will your everyday be?
  • Understand clients’ issues and challenges to develop hypotheses around possible solutions that contributes designing business and function operating models, that meet the company’s objectives. Incorporate future concepts such as future work, human + machine partnership, analytics, ecosystems and Gen AI.
  • Support clients across their business objectives and goals, including growth ambition (enterprise operating model), cost-cutting (global business services and shared services) and zero-based approaches.
  • Support in the definition of the organization structure and design to execute against the business strategy and the operating model ambition.
  • Adopt a data-driven approach, compile data and conduct analysis to drive insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools.
  • Develop business cases, highlighting the financial implication of recommendations (growth and cost savings, and tie benefits back to the P&L)
  • Make implementation-oriented recommendations, using industry knowledge by identifying and analyzing market trends, financial and operating drivers.

Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in end-to-end business analysis . This role requires someone who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate requirement discovery, and ensure that business needs are translated into high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in pre-sales activities and the ability to contribute directly to client delivery projects. When not engaged in active delivery, the candidate will support pre-sales initiatives, including proposal development, discovery sessions, and solution shaping, and may be considered for involvement in CMS-related projects. In addition, the candidate should be technically savvy, with a solid understanding of system solution design and its core components, including backend services, frontend applications, APIs, and integrations.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate across stakeholder groups to gather, analyze, and document requirements at all stages of the project lifecycle (from initiation/discovery through development and maintenance).
  • Communicate directly with customers to elicit high-level requirements and convert them into detailed documentation such as Vision & Scope, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, UML diagrams, and process flows.
  • Develop and maintain product backlogs (epics, features, user stories) to guide Agile development teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions to align customer expectations and technical delivery.
  • Execute impact-mapping of requirements and manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead verification of designs against requirements, providing recommendations to resolve any issues.
  • Support PMs with timelines, roadmaps, milestones, and sprint planning.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation in Jira, Confluence/other tools.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience across the full BA cycle (pre-sales, discovery, delivery, and support).
  • Strong ability to elicit, document, and manage requirements using BA artifacts (Vision & Scope, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, diagrams, etc.).
  • Experience with impact mapping and change request management.
  • Skilled in backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile delivery support.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident in facilitating workshops, leading meetings, and driving decision-making.
  • Strong command of English (B2+/C1 level).
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently (the only BA on the project) and collaboratively in a BA team environment.

About The Role

We are hiring a Business Analyst to strengthen our Client Services team by owning reporting, reconciliation, and proactive analysis across client accounts. This role ensures accuracy in case counts and budgets, surfaces performance insights, and creates scalable reporting solutions that empower the entire team.

The ideal candidate is mid-level, highly analytical, and able to take full ownership of results with minimal oversight. They are adept at spotting trends, building actionable reports, and anticipating issues before they become problems. Over time, this role may evolve into a companywide business analyst position, with broader responsibility for insights and reporting across teams.

Location: Remote (must be available 9am - 5p ET)

What You'll Do

Client Reporting & Reconciliation

  • Case Data Reconciliation: Own the process of reconciling signed case counts between internal systems and client reports, resolving discrepancies independently.
  • Fund Reallocations: Accurately process client requests to move budgets across projects, ensuring all updates are reflected in reporting.
  • Custom Reporting: Deliver accurate, client-ready reports that align with goals and expectations, while continuously improving report templates and workflows.

Proactive Analysis & Insights

  • Issue Detection: Monitor conversion rates, lead quality, and profitability by lead type and field values to proactively spot risks and opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis: Provide insights into client and campaign profitability, pricing effectiveness, and lead monetization trends.
  • Self-Serve Reporting: Build dashboards and recurring reports that give team members visibility into critical KPIs without requiring manual analysis each time.
  • Scalable Insights: Develop frameworks for analyzing trends that can be reused across clients and campaigns.

Operational Excellence & Financial Control

  • Accuracy Safeguarding: Ensure all reconciliations, reallocations, and reports are error-free and backed by clear data sources.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in reporting and reconciliation, and create scalable solutions that save time and reduce errors.
  • Collaboration: Support the Director of Client Services by taking on data-heavy work, freeing leadership to focus on strategy and client growth.

Client-Facing Support

  • Email Communication: Participate in client email threads to share reconciled numbers, reporting deliverables, and updates related to reallocations.
  • Light Client Interaction: Join occasional client calls to clarify data, while leaving strategic discussions to the Director of Client Services.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4–6 years in business analysis, reporting, client operations, or related analytical roles. Experience in legal case acquisition or performance marketing is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Master level of proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas) and reporting dashboards (e.g., Looker, Omni, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to slice/dice data, reconcile discrepancies, and extract actionable insights across multiple variables (lead type, conversion rates, profitability, etc.).
  • Automation & Tools: Comfortable building repeatable reports, dashboards, and using AI or automation to accelerate data comparison and analysis.
  • Ownership: Able to take responsibility for results with little oversight, quickly becoming the go-to person for reporting and analysis.
  • Communication: Clear, concise written skills for client-facing updates and internal reports.
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn new systems quickly and thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift rapidly.

What You'll Do

Client Reporting & Reconciliation

  • Case Data Reconciliation: Own the process of reconciling signed case counts between internal systems and client reports, resolving discrepancies independently.
  • Fund Reallocations: Accurately process client requests to move budgets across projects, ensuring all updates are reflected in reporting.
  • Custom Reporting: Deliver accurate, client-ready reports that align with goals and expectations, while continuously improving report templates and workflows.

Proactive Analysis & Insights

  • Issue Detection: Monitor conversion rates, lead quality, and profitability by lead type and field values to proactively spot risks and opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis: Provide insights into client and campaign profitability, pricing effectiveness, and lead monetization trends.
  • Self-Serve Reporting: Build dashboards and recurring reports that give team members visibility into critical KPIs without requiring manual analysis each time.
  • Scalable Insights: Develop frameworks for analyzing trends that can be reused across clients and campaigns.

Operational Excellence & Financial Control

  • Accuracy Safeguarding: Ensure all reconciliations, reallocations, and reports are error-free and backed by clear data sources.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in reporting and reconciliation, and create scalable solutions that save time and reduce errors.
  • Collaboration: Support the Director of Client Services by taking on data-heavy work, freeing leadership to focus on strategy and client growth.

Client-Facing Support

  • Email Communication: Participate in client email threads to share reconciled numbers, reporting deliverables, and updates related to reallocations.
  • Light Client Interaction: Join occasional client calls to clarify data, while leaving strategic discussions to the Director of Client Services.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4–6 years in business analysis, reporting, client operations, or related analytical roles. Experience in legal case acquisition or performance marketing is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Master level of proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas) and reporting dashboards (e.g., Looker, Omni, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to slice/dice data, reconcile discrepancies, and extract actionable insights across multiple variables (lead type, conversion rates, profitability, etc.).
  • Automation & Tools: Comfortable building repeatable reports, dashboards, and using AI or automation to accelerate data comparison and analysis.
  • Ownership: Able to take responsibility for results with little oversight, quickly becoming the go-to person for reporting and analysis.
  • Communication: Clear, concise written skills for client-facing updates and internal reports.
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn new systems quickly and thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift rapidly.

Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in end-to-end business analysis . This role requires someone who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate requirement discovery, and ensure that business needs are translated into high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in pre-sales activities and the ability to contribute directly to client delivery projects. When not engaged in active delivery, the candidate will support pre-sales initiatives, including proposal development, discovery sessions, and solution shaping, and may be considered for involvement in CMS-related projects. In addition, the candidate should be technically savvy, with a solid understanding of system solution design and its core components, including backend services, frontend applications, APIs, and integrations.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate across stakeholder groups to gather, analyze, and document requirements at all stages of the project lifecycle (from initiation/discovery through development and maintenance).
  • Communicate directly with customers to elicit high-level requirements and convert them into detailed documentation such as Vision & Scope, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, UML diagrams, and process flows.
  • Develop and maintain product backlogs (epics, features, user stories) to guide Agile development teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions to align customer expectations and technical delivery.
  • Execute impact-mapping of requirements and manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead verification of designs against requirements, providing recommendations to resolve any issues.
  • Support PMs with timelines, roadmaps, milestones, and sprint planning.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation in Jira, Confluence/other tools.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience across the full BA cycle (pre-sales, discovery, delivery, and support).
  • Strong ability to elicit, document, and manage requirements using BA artifacts (Vision & Scope, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, diagrams, etc.).
  • Experience with impact mapping and change request management.
  • Skilled in backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile delivery support.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident in facilitating workshops, leading meetings, and driving decision-making.
  • Strong command of English (B2+/C1 level).
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently (the only BA on the project) and collaboratively in a BA team environment.
  • Motivated, proactive, and passionate about customer success and growth.
  • Experienced in supporting multicultural, distributed teams.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, or digital transformation projects.
  • BA certifications (CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, PO, etc.).
