The Architect establishes and maintains enterprise and/or domain-level architecture through planning, design, execution, and operation. This includes developing and implementing the standards and practices necessary to realize and sustain the application technology stack in alignment with architectural plans. The Architect also provides expert consultation to inform both strategic and tactical technology decisions—covering areas such as web and app servers, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and high availability of application clusters. The overarching goal is to cultivate a scalable, extensible, interoperable, and adaptable IT ecosystem that aligns with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead our ServiceNow platform. This role will provide technical leadership, own and enforce technical governance to ensure adherence to best practices, collaborate with a dynamic team, engage with stakeholders, and oversee program management to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow solutions.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Provide SNOW expert knowledge in Platform Strategy & Architecture, Governance Framework & Policy Enforcement, Solution Design & Quality Assurance, Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement, Platform Performance, Security & Risk Management
  • Translate business requirements into system qualities that lead to repeatable and executable design strategies and patterns for tactical projects / initiatives in collaboration with project teams
  • Identify and define the opportunities for integration, selecting the tools, specifying the shared data & code resources, defining the interfaces and data-flows, and monitoring the success of the integration for tactical projects / initiatives
  • Develop, institute, and maintain the IT design methodology, development process methodology, technology standards, and best practices.
  • Provide oversight to ensure compliance with architectural standards and practices through all aspects of planning, execution, and operation.
  • Lead the evaluation of new technology targeted for possible integration into the existing IT environment.
  • Develop, institute, and maintain the design and metadata repository for integrating all aspects of established architectural models.
  • Survey external emerging developments, and evangelize new technologies, standards and methodologies.
  • Provide expert guidance on tactical projects/initiatives
  • Provide training, coaching and knowledge transfer to team members on more complex tasks
  • General and administrative tasks

What you'll need (required):

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Natural Sciences & Mathematics or a related discipline
  • 10 years of experience in IT Required
  • Preferred 2 years of experience demonstrably solid performance in an architect role working with cross-functional teams (within IT and/or within the business) on enterprise-level or complex/novel system implementations
  • Preferred 2 years of relevant industry experience (e.g. medical device, pharmaceuticals, etc.) or in highly regulated environments Preferred

Summary Of Position And Objectives

The Release Manager role will be responsible for deploying builds across the environment, onboarding new environments, handling transversal projects, and creating release management documents. SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES:

The Release Manager role will be responsible for deploying builds across the environment, on-boarding new environment , Handling transversal projects and create release management related document and share release plan with the stakeholders

Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
Facilitate release activities across all releases, mainly with ensuring quality, timely deployments across environments
Maintains the release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners and vendors.
Coordinate release content and effort based on the service request backlog, pending service requests, third party applications, or operating system updates
Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.
Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews with stakeholders
Produce Deployment, Run Books and Implementation Plans
Participate in CAB meetings to present Production changes (RFCs)
Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists.
Weekly Release Reporting with Program release manager.
Own and continually improve the release process by documenting release issues and developing plans to improve processes, able to recommend continuous improvements viz: automation .
Comfortable in interacting with people across hierarchical levels for smooth project execution. Enjoys managing complex projects involving challenges.



Requisitos:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

English Language is mandatory to collaborate in a global environment, including writing, speaking and presenting.
Understanding of Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration (CD/CI) pipelines
Good understanding of cloud deployment, preferably Azure and Agile practice
Knowledge on Deployment tool like Octopus
Knowledge on MS Project, Excel-Macros
Document Management for adhere to Audit Compliance process is an added advantage
4 to 5 years of relevant release and deployment management experience
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams towards task completion
Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
Strong in troubleshooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Position Profile

You will be responsible for building your sales pipeline and introducing and selling our product line to customers and prospects. In this role, you will cultivate new business to help generate new opportunities which include defining/qualifying sales opportunities, determining engagement scope and cost projections, formulating potential solutions based on client requirements are key functions to this role. The candidate will have experience with Directors and C-level contacts.You must have the ability to develop, grow, and execute the sales cycle in medium, and enterprise organizations.You must implement a sales approach that is adaptable to the client prerequisites as well as supporting business opportunities at hand.You must have the ability to work independently to drive and overachieve all sales goals and objectives.A business plan is expected and should be frequently updated as a means of tracking growth, performance and overall territory strategy. The candidate will serve as a liaison between Omni Business Solutions, our partners and customers.A full understanding of Digital Transformation, Modernization Enterprise Solutions and Services is required.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new business and upgrading existing clients
  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Complete customer requirements analysis
  • Identify pain points for all prospects and accounts
  • Communicate with technology partners
  • Obtain and exceed assigned quota
  • Prepare and update business plan
  • Proficient understanding and utilization of sales reporting
  • Manage your territory
  • Follow described fulfillment processes
  • Ensure & submit proper, accurate, timely and complete sales and service orders
  • Provide product/services demonstrations and presentations on-line/on premise
  • Oversee proper implementation and ‘hand-off’ of client from sales to services
  • Ensure appropriate level of industry and competitive knowledge
  • Effectively respond to opportunities and Request for Proposals/Information (RFQ/P/I)
  • Attend and successfully complete training requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Passport
  • Native and fluent English-speaking languages
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Technology Solutions Sales related to at least eight our solutions and services
  • Minimum of five years of experience in managing an open territory to drive new sales
  • Minimum of five years of experience senior leadership and C-Level relationship building
  • Understanding of sales skills and techniques
  • Complex solution selling
  • Ability to achieve high sales volumes
  • Minimum of four recent Sales/Technical Certifications
  • Business Development / Pre-Sales (Sales and Technical)
  • Ability to perform without direct supervision
  • Provide professional, creative and dynamic presence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional levels
