We're looking for an IT Support & Infrastructure Analyst who can master the complexity of a modern, hybrid work environment. You’ll be responsible for providing high-quality support to our internal users, maintaining endpoint devices, and managing the foundational technology that powers our workspace — including networks, access systems, and automation tools.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide technical support to internal users, including hardware and software troubleshooting, system access, and issue resolution across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
  • Perform maintenance, configuration, and repair of workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Configure and maintain enterprise Wi-Fi networks with 802.1X authenticated DHCP, ensuring secure access segregation.
  • Monitor network performance, plan for capacity, and proactively troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Design and maintain structured cabling systems for reliability and future scalability.
  • Manage on-site firewall configurations to protect office network perimeters.
  • Lead PXE boot and preseed automation for fast and standardized OS deployments.
  • Create and maintain golden images for Linux, macOS, and Windows endpoints.
  • Integrate automated post-install scripts to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
  • Maintain a real-time, centralized IT asset inventory and manage logistics for hardware deployment and retrieval.
  • Administer API-integrated smart locks and access control systems.
  • Operate and maintain AI-powered security camera systems for personnel detection and incident monitoring.
  • Support office printing solutions and display/monitor setups for workstations and meeting rooms.
  • Act as initial point of contact for office-related security incidents, coordinating with the Security & Governance team.
  • Document processes and maintain a knowledge base for internal use.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking, Wi-Fi 802.1X authentication, DHCP management, VLAN segmentation, and firewall configuration.
  • Experience providing end-user support and managing a helpdesk-style ticket flow.
  • Familiarity with workstation maintenance, hardware repairs, and OS configuration (macOS, Windows, Linux).
  • Experience with PXE-based deployments, preseed/kickstart automation, and golden image maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience integrating and managing IoT and access control systems via APIs.
  • Proven ability to implement and manage comprehensive IT asset inventories and logistics.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues with minimal supervision.
  • A proactive attitude towards security in both physical and digital spaces.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Security and HR.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure management and integration with on-premises systems.
  • Background in network security auditing or penetration testing.
  • Experience with containerization and virtualization technologies.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management principles.

About You and this Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and grow our talented infrastructure team. Reporting to the Director of IT, you will be instrumental in building a strong team capable of managing Liferay's extensive global infrastructure, with a particular focus on our large-scale Continuous Integration (CI) environment hosted primarily in AWS, alongside significant resources in GCP. You will oversee the management, strategy, and execution of Liferay's cloud (AWS, GCP) and on-premises infrastructure. This role requires a blend of strong technical infrastructure expertise, particularly in cloud environments, and proven leadership capabilities to manage engineers, guide projects, ensure system reliability, and contribute to the overarching IT strategy. You are motivated by the challenge of managing complex, hybrid cloud environments and are passionate about developing your team members.

Key Objectives

  • Lead, mentor, build, and direct the Infrastructure team, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting individual growth through performance management and development plans.
  • Develop and implement strategies for managing, optimizing, and scaling Liferay's cloud infrastructure, focusing on AWS and GCP environments, especially the CI systems.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of reliable, performant, and scalable servers, networks, CI/CD infrastructure, and associated systems.
  • Ensure the implementation and effectiveness of monitoring, remote management, and automation tools for infrastructure management across AWS, GCP, and on-premises environments.
  • Collaborate with Security, DevOps, Engineering, and other departments to engineer IT solutions, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to security best practices.
  • Manage infrastructure projects, including system migrations, scaling initiatives, and technology upgrades.
  • Oversee Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies for infrastructure systems.
  • Administer established policies and procedures, contributing to departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural improvements.
  • Set performance targets for the team, track progress, and report to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts and principles, including extensive experience with both AWS and GCP cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, and server hardware management.
  • Proven experience leading, managing, and building an IT infrastructure team, including personnel decisions and performance management.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic plans for infrastructure scalability, reliability, and security in cloud environments.
  • Experience performing complex tasks related to infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with cross-departmental leaders.
  • Experience setting performance targets and reporting progress to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong experience managing large-scale Continuous Integration (CI/CD) infrastructure and associated tools.
  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS, GCP, Networking, ITIL) are a plus.

The team you will be part of

We are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst, that will be responsible for IT network operations, that includes maintaining and developing all network elements and coordination of the vendor’s support. This position reports to IT Infrastructure Manager and will be also responsible for managing the infrastructure of server rooms at plants and offices.

This Role In Summary

As an Infrastructure Analyst you will be responsible to ensure availability, reliability, security and scalability of the network, establishing controls and monitoring capabilities. Measure network operations performance against the set KPIs and take corrective actions to meet them. Participate on RCAs of issues and ensure that documentations and fixes are applied. Have an enthusiastic, go-for-it attitude to take ownership to solve issues. Be collaborative with IT teams and Business stakeholders to understand the changes that impact network and troubleshooting issues.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Communicate with business and IT stakeholders for the network themes.
  • Ensure maintenance and optimization of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and Data Center), maintaining high availability, performance, and security.
  • Conduct and lead specialized technical teams (e.g., Metmox, Move, Liberato), ensuring control over critical Data Center infrastructure.
  • Lead network infrastructure projects and ensure proper reporting of progress and results.
  • Plan, communicate and support critical infrastructure changes.
  • Maintain Network Life Cycle Management, keeping up-to-date inventory and documentation of all network assets.
  • Manage vendors and its service levels, including telecommunications, cabling contracts and network related services, ensuring KPIs according to SLAs.
  • Oversee and optimize network infrastructure costs, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Conduct procurement processes for network-related services and assets, including technical assessment of vendor proposals and supporting the Procurement team in commercial analysis.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Exp: 5 years in IT with 3+ years of experience in Network role, including practical experience with troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks and Data Center environments.
  • Expertise of Cisco network equipment (routing/switching), Firewalls (Palo Alto desirable), SD-WAN (Velocloud Edge desirable), and Corporate Wi-Fi (Juniper Mist desirable).
  • Proficient in ITSM processes (Incident, Change and Problem Management).
  • Proficient in ServiceNow to attend and perform day-to-day activities.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with technical teams and leaderships.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting data and supporting report generation.
  • Advanced proficiency in English for reading, writing, and conversation.
  • Experience in coordinating third-party technical support.
  • Experience in leading infrastructure projects.

Preferred Skills And Experiences

  • Certified Network Administration for CISCO.
  • Experience in usage of monitoring tools Eg. DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics.

**The team you will be part of**
**We are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst, that will be responsible for IT network operations, that includes maintaining and developing all network elements and coordination of the vendor's support. This position reports to IT Infrastructure Manager and will be also responsible for managing the infrastructure of server rooms at plants and offices.**
**This role in summary**
**As an Infrastructure Analyst you will be responsible to ensure availability, reliability, security and scalability of the network, establishing controls and monitoring capabilities. Measure network operations performance against the set KPIs and take corrective actions to meet them. Participate on RCAs of issues and ensure that documentations and fixes are applied. Have an enthusiastic, go-for-it attitude to take ownership to solve issues. Be collaborative with IT teams and Business stakeholders to understand the changes that impact network and troubleshooting issues.**
**Your responsibilities will include**
+ **Communicate with business and IT stakeholders for the network themes.**
+ **Ensure maintenance and optimization of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and Data Center), maintaining high availability, performance, and security.**
+ **Conduct and lead specialized technical teams (e.g., Metmox, Move, Liberato), ensuring control over critical Data Center infrastructure.**
+ **Lead network infrastructure projects and ensure proper reporting of progress and results.**
+ **Plan, communicate and support critical infrastructure changes.**
+ **Maintain Network Life Cycle Management, keeping up-to-date inventory and documentation of all network assets.**
+ **Manage vendors and its service levels, including telecommunications, cabling contracts and network related services, ensuring KPIs according to SLAs.**
+ **Oversee and optimize network infrastructure costs, ensuring cost efficiency.**
+ **Conduct procurement processes for network-related services and assets, including technical assessment of vendor proposals and supporting the Procurement team in commercial analysis.**
**Minimum requirements**
+ **Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.**
+ **Exp: 5 years in IT with 3+ years of experience in Network role, including practical experience with troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks and Data Center environments.**
+ **Expertise of Cisco network equipment (routing/switching), Firewalls (Palo Alto desirable), SD-WAN (Velocloud Edge desirable), and Corporate Wi-Fi (Juniper Mist desirable).**
+ **Proficient in ITSM processes (Incident, Change and Problem Management).**
+ **Proficient in ServiceNow to attend and perform day-to-day activities.**
+ **Ability to collaborate and communicate with technical teams and leaderships.**
+ **Analytical skills for interpreting data and supporting report generation.**
+ **Advanced proficiency in English for reading, writing, and conversation.**
+ **Experience in coordinating third-party technical support.**
+ **Experience in leading infrastructure projects.**
**Preferred skills and experiences**
+ **Certified Network Administration for CISCO.**
+ **Experience in usage of monitoring tools Eg. DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics.**

Implementation and Transition

Cost & Financial Management

Information and Escalation
• Supports escalation management by providing technical expertise and assistance for service-related issues, helping ensure timely resolution and clear communication.
Security Management
• Actively supports adherence to security standards and policies within service operations, ensuring compliance with organizational security guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience, combined with several years of relevant work experience.
  • 3 years of experience in managing or supporting Service Desk activities, Workplace Life Cycle, Client Configuration, Mobile Device and / or Client Access & Policy services.
  • Proficiency in IT FrontEnd Services, processes and tools.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

About the role

Job Type: On-site | Full-time

Responsibilities

- Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

- Set up and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment

- Troubleshoot connectivity problems and escalate when necessary

- Install and configure operating systems, applications, and updates

- Manage user accounts and permissions across relevant platforms

- Collaborate with fellow IT team members to support infrastructure initiatives

- Document technical issues and resolutions to contribute to internal knowledge sharing

-Deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication and effective problem-solving

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles

- Strong knowledge of Windows 10-11, Windows Server 2016-2019 (AD, DNS, DHCP), MacOS, Linux, Microsoft Office

- Familiarity with network troubleshooting and remote access tools

-Knowledge of working with networking equipment from Mikrotik, Zyxel, and HP

- Basic understanding of IT security best practices

- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; knowledge of Russian is a plus

- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
