- Organizing the decision-making on proposed deviations of Target Architecture
- Driving backlogs to solve architectural (technical) debts and deviations
- Participating in global architecture boards to assess strategic documents and register deviations;
- Supporting local and global projects, and innovation initiatives;
- Aligning the architecture vision with the management team and the local Squads.
- Completed BA degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, applied mathematics or any technology related field;
- Certified in, or experience with, an Enterprise Architecture framework such as Togaf or DYA;
- Knowledge of DMBOK;
- Broad expertise in IT include in areas such as development, integration, data warehousing and business intelligence;
- Experience with architecture tools such as Archi, Aris, Enterprise Architect and Power designer;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in Portuguese and English). English is mandatory;
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
- Being able to translate business vision and strategy into an architectural vision and roadmap;
- Financial services or Banking experience is highly preferred;
- Solid experience in business information systems and developing enterprise (and data processing).

- Strong background in DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and cloudsecurity.
- Ability to drive business outcomes, manage budgets, and align technical capabilitieswith revenue goals.

Descrição do empregoLiderar a definição técnica do plano de validação para os requisitos de Eficiência Energética, Autonomia, Performance e HVAC do veículo, seguindo as diretrizes do DVP e VTS do programa.
Alocar as atividades de teste para os atributos mencionados, decidindo se a atividade pode ser realizada internamente ou se precisa ser terceirizada .
Caso a atividade precise ser terceirizada:
- Liderar o contato com fornecedores externos de testes, buscando um acordo sobre custos e prazos que atenda aos requisitos do programa.
- Acompanhar e dar suporte à execução dos testes, coordenando-se com os gerentes de qualidade do programa e quaisquer outras partes interessadas para garantir que a atividade de teste ocorra no prazo e da maneira esperada.
Caso a atividade possa ser realizada internamente:
- Garantir que os recursos internos (equipamentos, instalações, equipe) estejam disponíveis para a data planejada do teste.
- Coordenar sua equipe de Engenheiros Líderes de Testes e qualquer outro suporte necessário para garantir a execução dos testes, conforme os padrões acordados e dentro do prazo esperado.
Para ambos os casos (testes internos ou terceirizados ):
- Analisar os relatórios de teste e fornecer avaliações.
- Identificar qualquer problema decorrente dos testes e iniciar o processo de resolução de problemas através do JIRA .
- Acompanhar o status de todas as questões registradas no JIRA.
- Fornecer uma avaliação de risco técnico , caso o problema não possa ser resolvido e seja necessária uma solicitação de desvio.
Aumentar sistematicamente a capacidade de testes internos para os atributos mencionados, por meio de:
- Expansão dos equipamentos e instalações internas.
- Organização de treinamento técnico para a equipe, garantindo que os testes sejam realizados com excelência.
- Cooperação com o departamento de Atributos para definir e aprimorar os padrões de teste.
- Garantia de uma implementação robusta na operação das novas instalações e equipamentos.
- Reforço da colaboração interna com as equipes CTF e EEQ , aumentando as possibilidades de testes.
Educação / Conhecimento Profissional:

This role will drive architectural vision, establish technical standards, and ensure alignment between business strategy and technology initiatives while maintaining operational excellence across all platforms.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and mentor a diverse architecture team, including management of offshore resources
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and governance processes
- Design and oversee implementation of high-availability cloud-based solutions
- Create and maintain enterprise-wide architecture documentation, including data models, system diagrams, and integration patterns
- Guide technical decision-making for new features and platform enhancements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational objectives
- Manage existing platform operations while driving innovation and modernization initiatives
- Establish and monitor architecture KPIs and success metrics
- Provide technical leadership in evaluating new technologies and platforms
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 15+ years of technology experience with 8+ years in enterprise architecture roles
- Proven experience leading architecture teams and managing offshore resources
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures
- Strong background in high-availability system design and implementation
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and microservices architecture
- Demonstrated ability in creating and maintaining architecture artifacts and documentation
- Strong understanding of data architecture, information design, and security principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Track record of successful enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years of experience in technology management or execution role
- Experience in at least one major Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Relevant experience with Integration Technologies (e.g. APIs, ESBs, Message Queues)
- Knowledge of at least one modeling/diagraming tool: Visio or equivalent
- Salesforce or Adobe Campaign experience preferred

What You'll Do
As a Product Designer for the Mobile Design System you will play a key role ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency in UI/UX patterns on both Android and iOS platforms, across the company's digital products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, using the latest technology to contribute with solutions that solve complex problems and revolutionize process management and maintenance in the main industries around the world.
Responsibilities
- Define, maintain, and evolve the company's Mobile Design System, ensuring it meets usability and performance standards
- Track and analyze user behavior with analytics tools to find key areas of friction and opportunities for design improvements within the component and how users interact with it
- Design and refine reusable UI components, patterns, and guidelines to enhance efficiency and scalability across product
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience across web and mobile platforms, aligning with product identity and user needs
- Regularly evaluate the success of implemented design changes through user feedback, A/B testing, and performance metrics, ensuring continuous iteration and improvement
- Maintain clear, detailed documentation to support adoption and facilitate effective use of the Design System by all teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a focus on Mobile Apps in software development companies
- Portfolio highlighting Mobile Projects and exceptional skills in interaction and visual design
- Proficiency building advanced components and prototypes using Figma
- Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, hardware, and product management, to iterate and drive feature development
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, autonomous, and discussion-driven work environment
- Designing ERP or SaaS products in B2B companies
- Fluency in English, both for effective communication and for documentation
