Responsabilidades- Planejamento e Criação de Conteúdo
- Colaborar na construção e gestão do calendário editorial multicanal (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube e Blog)
- Participar da redação de conteúdos para redes sociais e blog, alinhados à identidade da marca
- Garantir consistência entre texto e design, apoiando a padronização dos materiais
- Criar artes simples e editar vídeos curtos para Reels, TikTok e Shorts
- Alinhamento Criativo e Execução
- Elaborar e revisar briefings para designers, videomakers e gestores de tráfego
- Apoiar a cobertura de eventos, ações promocionais e campanhas sazonais
- Interagir com times externos e acompanhar a produção de materiais com atenção aos prazos e qualidade
- Colaborar com times externos de design, tráfego, fotógrafos e videomakers
- Participar de brainstorms para novos formatos, ideias e abordagens nas redes
- Monitoramento e Performance
- Acompanhar métricas de redes sociais (alcance, engajamento, tráfego, seguidores)
- Apoiar na organização de relatórios mensais de desempenho e insights para otimização de conteúdo
- Pesquisar benchmarks, analisar tendências e sugerir melhorias e oportunidades criativas
- Trabalhar em conjunto na construção de CTAs e conteúdos orientados à conversão
- Relacionamento com a Comunidade
- Ajudar na moderação de comentários, mensagens e menções, zelando pela boa reputação da GS
- Garantir que o tom de voz e os valores da marca estejam presentes em todas as interações
- Apoiar o time no atendimento e dúvidas recorrentes sobre imóveis e visitas nas redes sociais

What You’ll DoStrategy, Planning & Execution
Own the content calendar: Plan, manage, and execute the content pipeline across IG, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and email using Notion.
Coordinate across teams: Work closely with the Design Lead and Video Lead to align on timelines, asset creation, and creative strategy.
Deploy consistently: Schedule and publish all organic social posts and newsletters. Ensure content is on-message and on time.
Stay agile: Adapt to shifting priorities and post needs without dropping quality or speed.
Coordinate the email pipeline: Plan email newsletters.

Hands-on ownership of Darkroom’s organic presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

Report intelligently: Provide actionable insights, trends, and growth metrics that influence creative direction.
Have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content, email, and social.
Are highly organized, autonomous, and thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments.
Write with precision and tone, and know how to adapt voice across channels.
Know what content performs, and why.
Have strong project management instincts and can juggle timelines, tasks and tools.
Understand digital performance: you’ve worked with analytics tools, know your way around email metrics and think SEO.

Have experience working inside an agency.

You’ll report to the Digital Marketing Campaigns lead based in the U.S., and work cross-functionally with regional and global stakeholders to scale a high-impact digital function.
Where You’ll Fit Within the TeamAs a Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you’ll support the execution of Bain’s global paid digital marketing efforts, helping amplify our brand and priority client initiatives. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and is eager to grow digital expertise in campaign management, reporting, and stakeholder enablement.
What You’ll Do- Execute and manage global LinkedIn campaigns, with opportunities to expand across Display, Google Ads, Meta, and Demandbase
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign operations including creative trafficking, QA, go-live, audience targeting, and monitoring
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets, and vendor invoicing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on goals, provide campaign updates, and build trusted working relationships across regions
- Support Account Marketing initiatives on LinkedIn aligned with client priorities
- Track performance and support reporting using Excel and PowerPoint, evolving toward independently deriving and communicating insights
- Help build Bain’s digital enablement library through templates, case studies, and playbooks
- Support special projects and cross-functional priorities across the digital marketing ecosystem
You’ll succeed in this role if you bring:
- 2–4 years of experience managing paid digital campaigns, especially on LinkedIn
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and timelines
- A sharp analytical mindset, with the ability to track, interpret, and communicate performance data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage global teams and translate marketing insights clearly
- A self-starter attitude with a desire to grow digital expertise, continuously improve processes, and contribute to a collaborative team culture
- Experience using platforms such as Trello, Kapost, and Excel for campaign execution and reporting
- Flexibility to work across global time zones, with regular coordination with U.S.-based leadership
- Familiarity or interest in expanding into Meta, Google Ads, and Demandbase platforms

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in São Paulo and help shape the future of contextual advertising as Seedtag continues to expand globally.
OverviewAt Seedtag, we lead the way in contextual advertising with our machine learning-powered platform. Our technology provides brand safety, human-like content understanding, and advanced cookieless targeting, making ads more engaging and respectful.
Responsibilities- Localise and manage the execution of digital content for LATAM, adapting messaging and incorporating regional insights across key formats and channels, including social media, email marketing, blog posts, internal presentations, and Seedtag Academy.
- Ensure alignment with global guidelines while optimising for regional performance and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, PR, Field Marketing, Growth) to ensure message consistency across product launches, case studies, and events.
- Support the global PR team in communications with our local PR agency in Brazil, including proofreading and adapting press releases and thought leadership articles for media publication.
- Collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams to identify local audience pain points and develop content that effectively addresses their needs.
- Oversee translations as needed, ensuring content is linguistically accurate and culturally relevant to the target audience.
- Monitor industry trends and key calendar dates to create timely and relevant content.
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content creation and copywriting.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in Portuguese and Spanish; proficiency in English is highly valued.
- A good eye for design and an interest in audiovisual content. Comfortable filming when needed and eager to capture moments that bring our brand to life.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
