O Motorista de Home Care será responsável pelo transporte seguro e pontual de pacientes, familiares e equipamentos médicos necessários para os atendimentos domiciliares, garantindo o conforto e segurança durante o trajeto.     • Garantir que os materiais sejam entregues pontualmente nos locais e horários agendados, de acordo com as necessidades dos pacientes e da equipe de saúde.
    • Manter o veículo em condições ideais de operação, realizando verificações periódicas de segurança e agendando manutenções regulares.
    • Zelar pela integridade dos medicamentos e equipamentos durante o transporte, tomando as precauções necessárias para evitar danos ou contaminação.
    • Acompanhar a programação de entregas, garantindo que todas as rotas sejam cumpridas de forma eficiente e pontual.

This is not a typical call center role. Schedulers handle complex scheduling challenges, anticipate problems before they escalate, and partner closely with caregivers, clients, and agency staff to keep care delivery on track.

Role Overview:

As a Home Care Scheduler you will be part of our 24/7 scheduling coverage, managing inbound and outbound requests and ensuring seamless care coordination. You’ll work closely with our AI-enhanced platform, stepping in when human judgment and problem-solving are needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage caregiver schedules, call-outs, and no-shows to ensure continuous client coverage
  • Handle inbound (and some outbound) scheduling calls and texts from caregivers, clients, and agencies
  • Use scheduling and EMR systems (WellSky, AxisCare, ClearCare, or similar) plus client's proprietary platform
  • Proactively identify coverage gaps and resolve scheduling conflicts in real time
  • Document updates accurately in the system to avoid missed calls or service disruptions
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth handoffs across shifts and 24/7 coverage
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve scheduling processes and the client's platform

Requirements

Must-haves

  • 1–2+ years in U.S. healthcare operations, patient coordination, or provider support roles
  • Proven experience speaking with physicians, clinic staff, or healthcare providers
  • Familiar with EMR/scheduling systems (e.g., WellSky, AxisCare, ClearCare)
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms; comfortable working with AI-driven tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve urgent scheduling conflicts
  • Past experience working with U.S.-based teams in a fully remote role set-up

S.-based tech-enabled scheduling service transforming the home care industry. Our AI-powered platform helps agencies ensure reliable caregiver coverage and deliver quality care to clients. They are growing quickly and looking for experienced Remote Home Care Scheduler to join their team and provide high-volume scheduling support for home care agencies.This is not a typical call center role. Schedulers handle complex scheduling challenges, anticipate problems before they escalate, and partner closely with caregivers, clients, and agency staff to keep care delivery on track.Role Overview:As a Home Care Scheduler you will be part of our 24/7 scheduling coverage, managing inbound and outbound requests and ensuring seamless care coordination. You’ll work closely with our AI-enhanced platform, stepping in when human judgment and problem-solving are needed.Key ResponsibilitiesManage caregiver schedules, call-outs, and no-shows to ensure continuous client coverageHandle inbound (and some outbound) scheduling calls and texts from caregivers, clients, and agenciesUse scheduling and EMR systems (Well Sky, Axis Care, Clear Care, or similar) plus client's proprietary platformProactively identify coverage gaps and resolve scheduling conflicts in real timeDocument updates accurately in the system to avoid missed calls or service disruptionsCollaborate with teammates to ensure smooth handoffs across shifts and 24/7 coverageProvide feedback and suggestions to improve scheduling processes and the client's platformRequirementsMust-haves1–2+ years in U. S. healthcare operations, patient coordination, or provider support rolesProven experience speaking with physicians, clinic staff, or healthcare providersFamiliar with EMR/scheduling systems (e. G., Well Sky, Axis Care, Clear Care)Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms;comfortable working with AI-driven toolsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve urgent scheduling conflictsPast experience working with U.
