- 7+ years of experience in cloud development, with a focus on application design and development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Terraform, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with serverless computing and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and cloud-native databases.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
- Experience working with Iceberg/Snowflake/RDS
- Fluent in English

What is the role?
As a Software Engineer II (Analyst) , you will be responsible for automating repetitive tasks, streamlining the software development lifecycle, and optimizing deployment processes to enable faster and more reliable software releases. In this position, you will work remotely with Teachable’s Brazil and US-based teams. We are hiring talented engineers in Brazil.
This position is hybrid to our São Paulo office. Although flexible, local employees tend to use our São Paulo office 1-2 times a week.
Additionally, this position will collaborate with American employees on a daily basis, so fluency in English is required.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience building production web applications
- Proficiency in using Golang or Ruby in a production environment in a backend or fullstack capacity
