Responsabilidades:
- Desenvolver e executar a estratégia de marketing da empresa, alinhada com os objetivos de negócios e de marca.
- Liderar e gerenciar a equipe de marketing, incluindo analistas, designers, e especialistas de conteúdo, garantindo a execução eficaz das campanhas.
- Planejar e supervisionar campanhas de marketing digital, incluindo SEO, SEM, redes sociais, marketing de conteúdo e parcerias com influencers.

Requisitos:
- Formação em Marketing, Administração, Comunicação ou áreas relacionadas.
- Experiência sólida em cargos de liderança em marketing, preferencialmente em fintechs ou empresas de tecnologia.
- Conhecimento aprofundado de estratégias de marketing digital, incluindo SEO, SEM, mídia paga, marketing de conteúdo e redes sociais.
- Habilidade comprovada em liderar equipes e gerenciar projetos de marketing complexos.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas e de comunicação, com capacidade para transformar dados em estratégias acionáveis.
- Experiência em gestão de orçamento e otimização de recursos.
Desejável:
- MBA ou pós-graduação em Marketing, Administração ou áreas correlatas.

About the role.
The Head of Category & Supply Finance is responsible for leading the Financial Strategy that supports strong Business Performance of Our Portfolio and Supply Chain Operations.
This role ensures the alignment of our Financial Goals with the overall Strategy of our Brands and Supply Chain, supporting decision-making process and efficiency to fuel profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities.
Financial Strategy and Planning Develop and implement financial strategies for category management and supply chain operations.
Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and regional targets.
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for Category & Supply Finance, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize costs, improve margins, and enhance overall financial performance.
Support the development of long-term financial strategies to drive sustainable growth in the category and supply chain functions.
Business Partnering & Decision Support.
Partner with Marketing, Supply, and Procurement teams to drive financial discipline and enhance decision-making processes.
Develop and implement financial models to support strategic initiatives, including cost efficiency programs and investment decisions.
Work closely with commercial and supply chain teams to balance cost optimization with service level improvements.
Performance Management & Reporting.
Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with global standards.
Monitor key financial KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities to proactively drive corrective actions.
Lead the evaluation of supply chain initiatives, ensuring value creation and alignment with business goals.
Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimization.
Drive cost efficiency programs across supply chain and procurement functions, ensuring sustainable improvements.
Identify and implement best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and cost management.
Lead financial assessments for CAPEX investments and operational expenditures, ensuring ROI-driven decision-making.
Leadership Lead a team of finance professionals by providing direction, mentorship, and development opportunities.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the finance team.
Represent the finance function in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Reporting & Compliance Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with Diageo’s policies as well as local regulations Maintain robust internal controls over all aspects of category & supply finance Key Requirements.
Qualifications & Experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
Advanced English required– Spanish will be a plus.
Extensive experience in finance roles, preferably within FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing.
Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and performance management within a supply chain or category finance environment.
Proven track record in business partnering and influencing senior stakeholders.
Experience in leading high-performing teams and driving financial transformation.

Key Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Advanced English required– Spanish will be a plus.
- Extensive experience in finance roles, preferably within FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and performance management within a supply chain or category finance environment.
- Proven track record in business partnering and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience in leading high-performing teams and driving financial transformation.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of category and supply chain dynamics, with a financial perspective.

Jeeves is looking for a world-class Head of Marketing to reinvent how we generate demand and build our global brand. Reporting directly to the CRO, this is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role that will define the next chapter of Jeeves’ marketing machine—one that thrives on creativity, data, scrappiness, and results.
Location : This role is based out of São Paulo, Brazil , and is a full-time position where it is required to come into our office at complexo JK Iguatemi (2-3 days/week). #LI-Hybrid

- Transform Strategy into Action: Take big-picture company goals and translate them into scalable, actionable marketing strategies—and then coach the team to execute.
- Lead the Team of Growth Marketers: Manage a small but mighty team of regional growth marketers—each spending 80% of their time on their local market and 20% supporting global collaboration.
- Champion Social & Viral Growth: Launch scrappy, viral, and creative campaigns across social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to punch above our weight.
- Use AI to Move Fast & Scale Smart: Leverage modern AI tools (for copy, design, analytics, ops) to do more with less—producing content, optimizing performance, and innovating at speed.
- Coach, Structure, Scale: Build repeatable frameworks for campaign design, performance analysis, and marketing execution that others can run with and iterate on.
- Own Brand Consistency Globally: Keep the voice, tone, and identity of Jeeves consistent and sharp—across regions, channels, and customer touchpoints.
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, Finance, and Partnerships to align on goals, execute joint GTM motions, and feed feedback loops.
- Experience: 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or fast-growth startups. Bonus if you've worked across multiple regions or growth-stage environments.
- Track Record of Pipeline Creation: You've built lead gen engines from scratch, and you can show the numbers to prove it. You’ve hit and exceeded pipeline targets before—without a giant team or budget.
- Multichannel Mastery: Deep knowledge of digital marketing, content, email, SEO/SEM, paid media, and lifecycle marketing. Strong instincts on how to use each for outcome-driven results.
- Social-First Thinking: You know how to win attention and generate demand through native social strategy. You can architect campaigns that resonate across platforms and communities.
- AI-Native: You’re ahead of the curve with AI tools and know how to use them for content creation, creative experimentation, performance optimization, and speed.
- Strategic + Tactical: You can set the big vision and jump into the weeds to write copy, tweak a campaign, or build a dashboard—whatever moves the needle.
- Exceptional Communicator: Whether it’s a narrative pitch, a campaign plan, or team coaching, you know how to get your point across and bring people with you.
- Multilingual: English and Portuguese fluency required. Spanish fluency is a significant advantage.
