**Nesta função, você irá:**
Interagir com os clientes por meio de ligações, e-mails e outros canais para apresentar e discutir estratégias de otimização.
Compreender as necessidades dos clientes e propor soluções alinhadas aos seus objetivos de negócios.
Monitorar, gerenciar e otimizar campanhas de anúncios digitais para melhorar KPIs como ROAS e CPC.
Atingir e superar metas mensais/trimestrais.
Monitorar o progresso, gerar relatórios sobre as principais métricas e manter registros precisos das interações com os clientes e das atividades de otimização.

**O que você precisa ter para ser considerado**
Habilidades de Comunicação: Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita em português, com capacidade de articular valores com clareza e explicar ideias complexas aos clientes.
Habilidades básicas de inglês (desempenho de sistemas e ferramentas).
Engajamento com o Cliente: Você deve se sentir confortável em interagir com os clientes por meio de comunicação outbound (telefone, e-mail, etc.) para discutir estratégias e soluções.
Focado em Resultados: Você precisa de um forte desejo e capacidade comprovada para atingir e superar metas mensais/trimestrais.
Habilidades Organizacionais e Analíticas: Você deve ser hábil em gerenciar um portfólio de contas, manter registros precisos e analisar dados de campanhas para embasar decisões.
Vontade de Aprender: Entusiasmado para aprender sobre marketing digital e novos aplicativos de software e estar pronto para e crescer profissionalmente.

Habilidades em inglês intermediário+.
Experiência/conhecimento em Google Ads.
Conhecimento em Marketing Digital e Campanhas.
Capacidade de estabelecer rapidamente relacionamento com tomadores de decisão.
