Some details about your department


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analytics Consultant with a strong focus on Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to join our team in Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for managing local data analytics projects, helping our clients to leverage their data to drive business decisions. You will be the go-to person for GA4 implementation, analysis, and reporting, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights.


What we’d like you to do


Implement, configure, and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for our clients.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.

Analyze website and marketing campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Manage local data analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand their business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations.

Provide training and support to clients on how to use and interpret GA4 data.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics and GA4.


What we’d like you to bring


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience working with Google Analytics (GA4 is a must).

Experience with Google Tag Manager.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Fluent in both Portuguese and English.

Some details about your department

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analytics Consultant with a strong focus on Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to join our team in Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for managing local data analytics projects, helping our clients to leverage their data to drive business decisions. You will be the go-to person for GA4 implementation, analysis, and reporting, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights.

What we’d like you to do

Implement, configure, and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for our clients.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.

Analyze website and marketing campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Manage local data analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand their business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations.

Provide training and support to clients on how to use and interpret GA4 data.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics and GA4.

What we’d like you to bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience working with Google Analytics (GA4 is a must).

Experience with Google Tag Manager.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Fluent in both Portuguese and English.

About the job We are looking for someone to join Credix as a a Senior Analytics Engineer. You will take ownership of structuring our data analytics platform and analytics use-cases. You love to tackle big problems and break them down into smaller pieces. You will build an analytics platform that features reliable, timely and understandable metrics in a slice-and-dice format to empower other teams to make better decisions.


Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain dbt models and reliable datasets that power analytics, experiments, and decision-making across the company.
  • Define and act upon standards for metrics, data modeling practices, and documentation.
  • Oversee the full analytics lifecycle, from transforming raw to delivering insights in BI platforms (e.g. Hex).
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure analytics pipelines meet high standards of quality, observability and testing.
  • Enable self-service analytics by creating semantic layers and reusable data assets that let teams create insights independently.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related technical data role.
  • Deep expertise with SQL and dbt, including modular modeling, documentation, and testing.
  • Proven track record of building source-of-truth data models that support product use cases.
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery), semantic layers (dbt), version control (Git), and visualization tools (Hex).
  • Experience in a (credit) FinTech is a must.
  • Manager of one: structuring, and executing upon the analytics roadmap.
  • Analytical and system-oriented mindset with a strong problem-solving ability to handle complex data challenges.
  • Proactive, clear and concise communication both in Portuguese and English, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Anticipate business metrics needs and structure the analytics layer to ensure scalability and reusability across the entire company.
  • High attention to detail and a perfectionist approach, especially in maintaining metrics quality and integrity.
