Project: Sales & Marketing Analytics Consultant (Salesloft + Google Analytics Focus)

Overview

Proper is seeking a Sales & Marketing Analytics Consultant for a project-based engagement focused on optimizing our sales and marketing data systems. This role will support our teams by analyzing campaign performance, improving tracking accuracy, and generating actionable insights from Salesloft, Google Analytics, and related platforms.

You'll help us understand how prospects interact with our digital materials — from email sequences and website visits to pitch decks and booking calendars — and use that data to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.

This project is ideal for someone who's highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple data systems to uncover what's driving engagement and pipeline performance.

Project Objectives & Key Deliverables

  • Audit and analyze Salesloft data to identify engagement trends and optimize cadence performance.
  • Evaluate Google Analytics (GA4) setup and tracking to ensure accurate attribution and conversion reporting.
  • Build and refine dashboards that visualize prospect engagement across the full journey (emails, clicks, web visits, booking requests).
  • Identify actionable insights that inform sales and marketing strategy — including A/B test opportunities, message optimization, and audience segmentation.
  • Ensure data integrity and tracking accuracy across platforms (Salesloft, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Present key findings and performance recommendations to leadership in a clear, actionable format.
Requirements

Ideal Background

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, sales operations, or campaign performance analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesloft (campaign metrics, sequence analysis, and performance reporting).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) — including setup, conversion tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (campaign attribution, data hygiene, and integration management).
  • Comfortable with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful, easy-to-understand insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
  • Self-starter who can quickly assess systems, gather insights, and deliver recommendations independently.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and email tracking systems.
  • Experience working with UTM tagging, campaign IDs, and attribution models.

  3. Through in-depth data analysis, collaborate with the business team to deeply explore and gain insights into merchant needs, identifying key business opportunities .
  4. Participate in operation key projects , provide data analysis support for projects, promote project implementation, and share responsibility for project results.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above . Background in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or related fields preferred.
  2. Experience in data analysis. Top-tier internet companies or consulting firms preferred.
  3. Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools .
  4. Exceptional structured problem-solving skills with strong logical/critical thinking .
  5. Expertise in statistical analysis and proven track record of driving business improvements through data insights.
  6. Strong ownership, communication skills, and ability to lead projects in multicultural environments.
  7. Proficiency in English.

Responsável por garantir que o backlog da squad esteja alinhado com as prioridades das Regionais e que as entregas tenham impacto real. É a pessoa que define quais são as demandas que vão causar maior impacto na rotina dos especialistas e Sales.Lab Regionais. Além disso, é responsável por desenvolver a parte de GenAI do Sales.Lab. ;
