Principais Responsabilidades

  • Elaborar e manter o backlog de produto, aplicando metodologias de priorização;
  • Escrever histórias de usuário claras, concisas e com critérios de aceite bem definidos;
  • Apoiar na definição e validação de requisitos junto a stakeholders internos e usuários finais;
  • Conduzir refinamentos com o time técnico, garantindo entendimento comum sobre as entregas;
  • Participar de cerimônias ágeis (daily, planning, review e retrospectiva) promovendo alinhamento e engajamento;
  • Acompanhar métricas de produto (adoção, NPS, engajamento) com apoio de analistas e dados para tomada de decisão;
  • Interface direta com time de desenvolvimento, QA, design e stakeholders de negócio;
  • Contribuir para a evolução contínua dos processos de discovery e delivery, com apoio de profissionais mais experientes;
  • Apoiar na comunicação de novidades e melhorias do produto para áreas parceiras (marketing, comercial e suporte);
  • Interpretar e traduzir necessidades de negócio em requisitos;
  • Documentar evoluções de produto em bases de conhecimento e ferramentas colaborativas (Azure Devops, Miro e Figma).

Perfil Acadêmico e Habilidades

  • Formação superior completa ou em andamento nas áreas de Tecnologia, Engenharia, Administração, Design, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento básico sobre metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, etc) e papel do P.O dentro de squads multidisciplinares;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas como Jira, Trello, Notion, Confluence ou similares.

Qualificações Desejáveis

  • Experiência prévia como P.O, Analista de Produto ou cargos relacionados, mesmo que em projetos acadêmicos ou iniciativas internas;
  • Conhecimento sobre métricas de produto (engajamento, conversão, NPS, churn) e OKRs;
  • Noções de jornada do usuário, design de experiências e práticas de discovery (entrevistas, testes de usabilidade);
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de prototipagem e desenho de fluxos, como Figma ou Miro;
  • Inglês básico ou intermediário, especialmente para leitura de conteúdos técnicos e colaboração com ferramentas internacionais;

Ao longo do caminho, você desenvolverá novas habilidades - de prototipagem a analítica - ao se trabalhar com clientes inovadores como Virgin, Showtime e Twitter.

Para fazer isso bem, os candidatos precisarão de um espírito empreendedor, uma curiosidade intelectual e uma tendência à ação. O Diretor Gerenciamento de Produto de sucesso, trabalha em colaboração, se comunica de maneira eficaz e gera consenso. Ele ou ela equilibram a melhor experiência do usuário com as metas de negócios e divide problemas complexos para localizar e gerenciar suas soluções. Essa pessoa planeja, prioriza e entende tudo de forma macro, bem como os detalhes relevantes. O Diretor de Gerenciamento de Produtos lida com novos problemas, plataformas e indústrias.

O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:


  • Trabalhar junto com os clientes para entender os objetivos de negócios, o comportamento do usuário e a visão do produto.
  • Desenvolver conceitos de produto, roteiros, planos de teste e documentação de especificações funcionais.
  • Colabore com designers e engenheiros para conceituar, projetar e fornecer aplicativos de várias plataformas.


  • Além disso, é desejável:


  • Habilidades comprovadas em gestão de projetos: planejamento e coordenação de equipes, definição de escopo e redação de contratos.
  • Experiência na entrega de projetos para plataformas web, mobile e de jogos.
  • Histórico consistente de entregas dentro do prazo.
  • Familiaridade com tecnologias atuais e emergentes.
  • Fortes habilidades de comunicação e colaboração — o Gerente de Produto trabalha em conjunto com as equipes funcionais da Work & Co e colabora de forma próxima com os clientes em todos os projetos.
  • Interesse em estratégia, design ou desenvolvimento.


  • Qualificações Básicas:


  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em gestão de projetos, incluindo planejamento, direção de equipes, escopo e elaboração de contratos.
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos na entrega de projetos em plataformas web, mobile ou de games.
  • Inglês Avançado/ Fluente

    The Opportunity:

    Hitachi Energy is seeking candidates to work as a part of the Hub Marketing and Sales or Product Line in Power Transformers. The Regional Product Manager (RPM) will work directly with the Hub Marketing and Sales Manager for Power Transformer or eventually for the PT Product Line Manager and will report functionally to the Global Product Manager (GPM).

    As a Regional Product Manager, you will play a vital role in providing the Voice of the Customer in the region with structured proposals to Global Product Managers and lead the market introduction in the Regions and the implementation of the mid-long term strategy and competitiveness programs. You will be accountable for gathering the information about Market drivers, new products, applications and technical requirements and Competitors portfolio analysis. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will collaborate with BDMs, M&S, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Project/Contract management departments to ensure the seamless integration of products into the production line and meet customer requirements.

    How You´ll Make an Impact:

    Product Definition and Market needs and Standardization

    Provides input to Global Product Managers on MRS and business case for R&D initiatives

    Provides feedback to Global Product Managers on existing and new product performance.

    Leads the Market introduction of new products in coordination with Hub M&S, Hub Application Engineering. Create and adapt marketing information to the respective market/region based on the Market Introduction Plan and in alignment with the GPMs and GPMM.

    Identify co-creation/partnership opportunities

    Monitors the regional product requirements (changes in regulations, standards, legislations, …)

    Competitor benchmarking (market intelligence, new releases).

    Establish product standardization guidelines and protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency in manufacturing processes.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for component standardization, cost reduction, and process optimization.

    Define the key Market events in the region and supports the GPM and GPMM in the decision of attending those key events.

    Mid-Long-term strategy in the region

    Implements global portfolio strategy into the region

    Monitors Investments for regional offerings in alignment with Global Product Group strategy.

    Supports and drives ToT
