**Responsibilities**:

- Implement effective sales tactics to achieve corporate revenue/profit goals aligned with e-Core's IT services expansion strategy
- Grow businesses with new and existing key customers maintaining long term relationships with accounts and maximizing cross-sales opportunities
- Develop in-depth understanding of the client's business, strategy, goals, pain points, challenges, market and value chain to drive customer-centric opportunities within key accounts
- Position e-Core as a business partner to address client goals within Digital, Business & Technology transformation areas, leveraging a consultative and value-driven selling approach
- Foster strong relationships with key client stakeholders, leveraging tactics to identify, engage, and maintain conversations that generate and drive deals through the sales process
- Demonstrate strong executive presence, networking and relationship building skills with top management of organizations of multiple levels to generate new opportunities
- Create proposals and negotiate deals, maintain an accurate pipeline of deals and reporting dashboard up to dateAct as the key interface (account management) between the customer and all relevant service delivery areas (pre-sales, delivery, finance, etc)
- Help identify & manage risks within client engagements and solve conflicts coordinating actions across multiple stakeholders and departments as needed
- Represent e-Core at meetings, events and conferences to establish connections with new contacts and develop future business pipeline

**Requirements**:

- Must be a reliable individual contributor and a great team player with strong work ethic and openness for diversity
- Executive presence and C-level/top-management relationship building skills that resulted in strong sales results from existing networks
- 5+ years experience in Sales or Account Management for IT services companies with focus on consultative and value-driven sales
- Previous practical experience and/or knowledge of customer pain points and solutions primarily in one or more areas such as:

- Atlassian solutions
- AWS Solutions
- Adoption of digital technology to transform services or businesses
- Software delivery and Value Stream Management
- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Agile methodologies and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- DevOps & Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Application development outsourcing
- IT Consulting, training and support services
- Strong written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in a professional manner
- Empathetic and customer-centric attitude with great ability to listen, extract information and understand customer business pain points and share e-Core's perspective
- Highly self-motivated and dependable, capable of individual contribution with advanced organizational skills and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with CRM platforms and best practices to manage sales deals/opportunities
