Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Program Manager with a strong background in Data and Analytics using SAP to lead complex transformation initiatives across our LATAM operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW, and experience managing Data & Analytics programs on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .

This is a high-impact role requiring strong program management skills, stakeholder engagement, and technical knowledge across SAP modules and cloud platforms. Prior experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is a significant plus.


ERP Program manager - Data & Analytics with S/4 HANA

Remote in Brazil (Might rarely need to go to office)

Long Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Data & Analytics transformation programs, including discovery, design, implementations.
  • Oversee Data & Analytics initiatives involving SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP B/4 HANA platforms.
  • Facilitate design workshops, gather requirements, and provide solution architecture for various functions like OTC, MTI, RTR., etc
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align Data & Analytics solutions with organizational goals.
  • Drive data management lifecycle, testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
  • Engage with stakeholders, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and advise clients on S/4HANA-led supply chain transformations.
  • Support business assessments, roadmaps, and project expansion strategies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of Data & Analytics experience using SAP.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, B4/HANA architecture, modules, and supply chain capabilities.
  • Proven experience in program management within Data & Analytics domains.
  • Experience managing Data & analytics implementation on Google Cloud Platform using SAP as data source .
  • Excellent stakeholder and partner management skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese (required).
  • Based in Latin America ; preference for candidates located in Brazil .
  • Experience in the CPG industry is an advantage.

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Kronos experience is required). Primarily responsible for implementing optimal Kronos solutions for customers. Key responsibilities include consultative and technical support to customers and internal teams, and delivering projects aligned with Kronos implementation methodologies. The Business Analyst is also responsible for meeting project delivery milestones and budgets.

You will work in highly complex environments, requiring complex multi-product solutions, customization and integration with other third-party products. You will also need to be highly adaptive to different customer environments and be able to independently handle discussions with senior management.


Responsibilities:

  • Driving requirement assessment workshops with senior members of the customer organisation.
  • Design a solution that best fits the customer requirements while limiting deviations from standard Kronos functionalities.
  • Preparing functional and technical solution design documents.
  • Work with the offshore technical team to build the solution and clarify their queries.
  • Training core users of the customer.
  • Manage customer user acceptance tests.
  • Work with the project managers to align with project milestones and ensure timely billing.


Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Computer Sciences or a related field.
  • Experience with Kronos and UKG Workforce Management is MANDATORY.
  • English Advanced (B2-C1)
  • Experience in requirement gathering and solution design.
  • Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing, and UAT preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering quality, on-time technology and business solutions to a diverse customer base.
  • Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers.
  • Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.
