Job Title: Pharmacovigilance Business Analyst (PharmaCov BA)
Duration : 6 to 12 months with possible extension or FTE conversion after 6 months.

Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Kronos experience is required). Primarily responsible for implementing optimal Kronos solutions for customers. Key responsibilities include consultative and technical support to customers and internal teams, and delivering projects aligned with Kronos implementation methodologies. The Business Analyst is also responsible for meeting project delivery milestones and budgets.
You will work in highly complex environments, requiring complex multi-product solutions, customization and integration with other third-party products. You will also need to be highly adaptive to different customer environments and be able to independently handle discussions with senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Driving requirement assessment workshops with senior members of the customer organisation.
- Design a solution that best fits the customer requirements while limiting deviations from standard Kronos functionalities.
- Preparing functional and technical solution design documents.
- Work with the offshore technical team to build the solution and clarify their queries.
- Training core users of the customer.
- Manage customer user acceptance tests.

About the Role
As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will own and optimize our entire go-to-market (GTM) tech stack. You’ll be the architect and the mechanic, making sure our systems (like Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Chili Piper, Gong, etc.) work in harmony, support efficient workflows, and surface the right insights to drive growth.

What You’ll Do
- Own and optimize our GTM tech stack—evaluating tool usage, reducing redundancy, and integrating platforms for seamless data flow
- Serve as SFDC administrator and power user: manage workflows, fields, objects, and automation to ensure our CRM supports sales, marketing, and customer success
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to design efficient processes across lead routing, scoring, attribution, pipeline hygiene, and reporting
- Build and maintain reports/dashboards that help us track key metrics (e.g., pipeline velocity, conversion rates, campaign ROI)
- Lead tool onboarding and offboarding, including vendor management and training
- Be the go-to connector between systems, solving data gaps, syncing issues, and ensuring reliable reporting
- Stay ahead of new features and capabilities across our GTM tools, constantly improving how we work
- Continuously analyze GTM data across the funnel to identify trends, test hypotheses, and propose actionable improvements across sales, marketing, and customer touchpoints
- Support forecasting, capacity planning, and performance analysis to help leadership make informed, data-driven decisions
What You Bring to the Role
- Proven experience managing GTM tools, especially Salesforce, HubSpot, and at least 2–3 of the following: Apollo, Clay, Chili Piper, Gong
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS GTM models, ideally supporting both SLG and PLG motions
- Hands-on SFDC admin experience with the ability to build and troubleshoot workflows, custom fields, automation, and integrations
- Strong understanding of B2B revenue operations and the connection between sales, marketing, and customer success
- Ability to simplify complex tech ecosystems and eliminate unnecessary tools or processes
- Analytical mindset: you know your way around dashboards, attribution, and pipeline metrics
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves but also thinking strategically about how tech can unlock growth
- Curious, fast learner, and a proactive problem-solver
Bonus Points
- One or more of the following Salesforce certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator

Temos alguns requisitos:

We’re looking for a Kronos Project Manager who will be responsible for Project Management working with multiple teams composed of members from the client, internal and other external vendors, and partners. Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed.
Duration: 9 months
Responsibilities:
- Leading the implementation of large-scale software globally. (Kronos implementation experience preferred, but other Time & Labour software experience will be considered)
- Working and implementing Workforce Dimensions and/or Dell Boomi for Dimensions is a plus.
- Implementing the Timekeeping, Accruals & Attendance modules, while not essential, will be a strong value add.
- Work closely with teams utilising onshore and offshore resources while not essential will be an advantage.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams from Finance, HR, IT, Change Management, and other functional teams.
- Need to work at all levels within a client organisation.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Project Management experience working with multiple teams composed of members from client, internal and other external vendors, and partners.
