Job Title: Pharmacovigilance Business Analyst (PharmaCov BA)
Duration : 6 to 12 months with possible extension or FTE conversion after 6 months.
Location: Remote (Brazil)
Responsibilities:
- Gather and Analyze requirements for pharmacovigilance systems and workflows.
- Work with business users, regulatory teams, and IT to implement or enhance safety systems (e.g., Argus, ArisG, Veeva Vault Safety).
- Document business processes, data flows, and system functionalities related to adverse event reporting.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EMA, MHRA).
- Support validation and user acceptance testing of PV systems.
- Provide support and training to end-users on safety systems and processes.

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Kronos experience is required). Primarily responsible for implementing optimal Kronos solutions for customers. Key responsibilities include consultative and technical support to customers and internal teams, and delivering projects aligned with Kronos implementation methodologies. The Business Analyst is also responsible for meeting project delivery milestones and budgets.
You will work in highly complex environments, requiring complex multi-product solutions, customization and integration with other third-party products. You will also need to be highly adaptive to different customer environments and be able to independently handle discussions with senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Driving requirement assessment workshops with senior members of the customer organisation.
- Design a solution that best fits the customer requirements while limiting deviations from standard Kronos functionalities.
- Preparing functional and technical solution design documents.
- Work with the offshore technical team to build the solution and clarify their queries.
- Training core users of the customer.
- Manage customer user acceptance tests.
- Work with the project managers to align with project milestones and ensure timely billing.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Computer Sciences or a related field.
- Experience with Kronos and UKG Workforce Management is MANDATORY.
- English Advanced (B2-C1)
- Experience in requirement gathering and solution design.
- Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing, and UAT preferred.
