Workster is partnering with a leading B2B SaaS provider in the iGaming
and sports betting industry, offering cutting-edge sportsbook
software, premium sports data feeds, and seamless platform
integrations to online operators globally.
To support their growing international team, we are hiring an Account Manager to join their office in São Paulo.
**Important**:
- Previous experience in B2B account management is required.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned operator accounts.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with sportsbook and iGaming clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, quickly resolving client inquiries and technical questions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand services and solutions within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal technical, product, and commercial teams to introduce new features and solutions.
- Support clients with product implementation, performance optimization, and product training.
- Partner with the sales team to help achieve commercial targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication regarding project status, product updates, and performance metrics.
- Assist in creating and maintaining client documentation and operational processes.
- Attend industry events, client meetings, and business trips as required.
**What We’re Looking For**
Minimum 3 years of experience in account management (B2B), ideally working with sportsbook or iGaming operators.
Hands-on experience in the sports betting or iGaming industry is mandatory (operators, platforms, data providers, or technology suppliers).
Passion for sports and a solid understanding of sportsbook operations, odds, and sports data feeds.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Professional fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
**Bonus Points For**
- Previous experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Strong technical and business acumen, particularly related to sportsbook platform technology and integrations.
- Experience collaborating with sportsbook trading, product, and marketing teams.
Pay: From R$12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- São Paulo, SP: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
