- Construir modelos de machine learning supervisionado e não supervisionado com foco em performance, escalabilidade e impacto real;

- Evoluir a nossa plataforma de machine learning, implementando automação, monitoramento,
- versionamento e melhoria contínua dos modelos;
- Desenvolver algoritmos para casos como scoring, segmentação, churn, propensão, otimização
- de canais e personalização de jornadas;
- Colaborar com áreas de Produto, Engenharia, Growth, BI e Dados para implementar soluções ponta a ponta;
- Projetar, construir e monitorar agents inteligentes baseados em LLMs, como copilotos internos, assistentes de análise, automações operacionais ou serviços externos com linguagem natural;
- Explorar e integrar soluções com LLMs, aplicando conceitos como embeddings, vetorização, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) e uso de modelos hospedados ou via API (OpenAI, Cohere, Hugging Face etc.);
