Conoce algunos de los desafíos que te esperan:
- Desarrollar la estrategia de expansión de los productos financieros en la región, trabajando codo a codo con líderes locales y el equipo global de Delivery Hero.
- Diseñar y desarrollar business cases para la creación de nuevos productos, y desarrollar productos financieros existentes.
- Colaborar de forma transversal con equipos Fintech y áreas clave de PedidosYa para implementar soluciones 360°, alineadas con la estrategia local y regional.
- Definir y dar seguimiento a los OKRs (Objective Key Results) y coordinar business reviews, optimizando la performance overall de los productos financieros existentes a nivel regional.
- Asistir en la definición de procesos y subsecuente roll-out a los equipos locales.
Requisitos
- Profesionales de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Economía y carreras afines.
- Experiencia significativa en gestión de proyectos, negocios o consultoría estratégica.
- Alta capacidad analítica y de pensamiento estratégico.
- Habilidad para estructurar problemas complejos y comunicar iniciativas de forma clara.
- Capacidad para trabajar efectivamente con stakeholders de distintas áreas del negocio.
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas de análisis: Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, Looker.
- Nivel avanzado de inglés.

About the RoleAs the Product Manager of the Fintech Experience team, you will be responsible for running discovery processes to identify solutions that improve the user journey, producing clear documentation, and managing results. You will also be in charge of communicating with business stakeholders. Mastery of agile methodologies and management tools such as Confluence and Jira is essential for this role.
A deep understanding of financial business processes, such as credit and digital payments, along with extensive experience in global implementations, is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills are a must, including clear and didactic communication across both vertical and horizontal leadership, flexibility, teamwork, and experience dealing with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in English for daily interactions with the team and for delivering presentations is also essential.
What you'll do- Demonstrate a sense of ownership and responsibility for the product’s success;
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, becoming the go-to person for feature releases, product roadmap, and user pain points. Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring satisfaction;
- Collaborate effectively with teams such as Engineering, Design, Product, Data Science, and Commercial. Work closely with the Data team to leverage their expertise in driving data-driven decisions and insights;
- Define success metrics for features or services and monitor their performance;
- Understand complex problems across business units, geographies, and product lines. Formulate hypotheses and translate them into requirements, identifying meaningful insights to guide product development;
- Create roadmaps based on relevant requirements and dependencies, ensuring alignment with commercial and strategic objectives.
- University degree in any area.
- 4+ years of work experience in Product area, such as a Product Manager or Product Owner;
- Experience with front and backend development teams;
- Experience in Fintech environments, such as Digital Payments or Credit operations;
- Experience proposing product evolutions focused on user experience;
- Advance knowledge in Scrum and day to day development workflows;
- Experience using Jira, Segment, Mix Panel, Databricks, or similar tools;
- Advanced communication and presentation skills in English.

- Leading regulatory licensing: Drive our VASPs license application and strengthen our regulatory positioning in Brazil.
- Partnering with leadership: Work closely with our Chief Banking Officer and Brazil team to align strategy and execution.
- Enhancing compliance & controls: Bring AML, crypto, and compliance expertise to support our products, operations, and processes.
- Being hands-on: Balance execution in day-to-day compliance and operations with strategic responsibility for licensing and regulatory relationships.
- Growing partnerships: Support and expand banking partnerships across Brazil.
Requirements include:
- A solid background in AML/compliance, ideally in payments, fintech, crypto, or banking.
- DIRECT experience working with regulators and banks in Brazil.
- The ability to operate seamlessly at both the managerial/strategic level and hands-on execution.
- A strong understanding of crypto regulations and market practices in Brazil.
- Resourcefulness, proactivity, and a passion for building in a global, fast-moving startup environment.
