WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re hiring a Meta Ads Manager who can take full control of our Facebook and Instagram ad channels—replacing agency and outperforming them in 60 days.

This role is yours to own. You’ll run it, scale it, and build a machine around it.

We want someone who’s driven by mission, not just money.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take over our Meta ad account (currently spending £400K/month)
  • Come up with 95% of the ad angles, hooks, and campaigns (Founder will send you some things to turn into ads)
  • Build and test landing pages that actually convert
  • Use our 33K+ reviews, customer stories, and product results to fuel your creative
  • Turn the founder’s raw ideas, notes, or videos into full ads (when provided)
  • Build your own lean team as needed (e.g., video editor, outsourced image creation, etc.) — but only when it’s worth the money. We run lean, cut dead wood fast, and only hire when absolutely necessary so you should have the skills to start doing the above and then hire.
  • Hit and maintain ROAS targets unless testing a branding initiative
  • Ask for what you need—tools, creators, budget. You’ll have our backing most of the time.

COMPENSATION

  • Compensation based on experience – we’re open to finding the right fit. We pay well, but we don’t pay for fluff. If you’ve got the skills, we’ll make it work
  • Full-time and fully remote (some in-person meetings if nearby)
  • 28 days paid annual leave
  • No performance bonus—we don’t bribe people to care.

What Will You Do

As a Performance Specialist, your role is centered on driving lead generation and revenue through expert management of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and related). You'll focus on meticulously crafting and optimizing campaigns across various channels, utilizing advanced targeting and data-driven strategies to enhance lead acquisition and conversion rates. Your expertise in A/B testing, ROI analysis, and budget management will be crucial in continually refining campaigns for maximum efficiency and profitability, directly contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and analyze comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels (Earned, Paid, and Owned), including Paid Search, Paid Social, Retargeting, Paid Influencers, Content Promotion, Display Ads, and related.
  • Plan, create, and optimize high-converting digital ad campaigns that align with business goals, utilizing A/B testing and data analysis to enhance conversion rate continuously.
  • Employ advanced targeting techniques to reach specific audience segments, leveraging customer data, demographics, and behavioral insights to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, monitor spending, and allocate resources to campaigns that deliver the best returns, ensuring ROI goals are met and exceeded.
  • Utilize analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, CPA, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copy that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to follow and collaborate to the Revenue Goals
  • Create, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance and overall marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other marketing teams, product teams, and data analysts to align performance marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Develop and execute integrated cross-channel and omnichannel strategies, aligning digital and offline media for consistent brand engagement.

  • Experience: 5+ years in Demand Generation or Performance Marketing within high-ticket B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of driving revenue and achieving pipeline goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful campaigns that deliver quantifiable results.
  • Advanced knowledge in utilizing performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic Ads, and other relevant tools.
  • Revenue Focus: Deep understanding of SQL conversion, CAC, ROI, and high-ticket sales cycles, ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
  • Multitouch Attribution: Proven ability to measure, track, and optimize channel performance to maximize overall marketing impact.

SEO, Reporting, Analytics & Performance

  • Work with our SEO specialist to track everything: Monitor performance across all owned platforms and campaigns (social, email, website).
  • SEO + UX insights: Use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization.
  • Report intelligently: Provide actionable insights, trends, and growth metrics that influence creative direction.

In this role, you’ll build a structured, scalable marketing engine that expands reach and drives inbound interest, creating high-impact content that lives across social, email, and the web. You’ll develop reporting frameworks that give the creative team the insights to continuously improve, and you’ll help define a consistent, modern voice for one of the fastest-growing agencies in the world.

This is a fully remote role operating in the EST time zone, open to candidates in Portugal and Brazil.

What You’ll Do

Como Marketing Manager você será responsável por gerir um squad multidisciplinar e será responsável pela entrega de demandas relacionadas às especialidades de branding, social, criação, mídia paga, growth e imprensa, respondendo aos objetivos da empresa.

  • Responsável pela gestão do time multidisciplinar de marketing, com foco no desenvolvimento e crescimento do time através das ações de 1:1, feedbacks, avaliações e PDI, além de capacitar e treinar o time em busca de desenvolvimento contínuo;
  • Buscar continuamente inovação para a área tanto em processos quanto em novas mídias, ferramentas, tecnologias e estratégias de uso de dados, bem como, um olhar apurado para automação e produtividade do time;
  • Garantir todas as entregas da área e das atividades dos times relacionadas à imprensa, social media, criação, eventos, inbound marketing, growth e ABM, atuando nas ações e planejamentos estratégicos em conjunto com a diretoria da área;
  • Desenvolver e validar novos processos internos para efetividade, agilidade e maior capacidade operacional, tanto em entregas quanto para as atividades internas e gerenciais do time;
  • Dar suporte técnico para a equipe em situações de complexidade elevada ou atípicas relacionadas às demandas da área;
  • Participar de reuniões estratégicas com a diretoria da área, definindo a quatro mãos as metas e próximos passos, bem como, os planos de ações para o atingimento dos resultados;
  • Atuar próximo ao time de Pre-sales e Vendas, garantindo alinhamento entre as áreas e atingimento dos resultados de negócio.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência com gestão de time multidisciplinar;
  • Experiência com clientes B2B com foco em grandes marcas de perfil corporativo;
  • Experiência com planejamento, organização e gestão de eventos presenciais e online;
  • Conhecimento em gestão de social media;
  • Conhecimento em plataformas de automação de marketing e CRM de vendas;
  • Conhecimento em métricas de aquisição de clientes (MQL, SQL, CAC, MRR);
  • Conhecimento em estratégias de ABM será considerado um diferencial;

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a data-driven, full-stack B2B marketer with 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience to plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen our brand position.

You’ll be a strategic partner to Sales— driving Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, demand generation strategies, and full-funnel digital campaigns that resonate with high-value target accounts. This role blends strategy, execution, and analysis — perfect for a marketer who’s just as comfortable in the weeds of campaign setup as they are mapping big-picture GTM plays.

What You'll Do:

Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a 12-month integrated marketing plan aligned with revenue goals.
  • Translate strategy into clear campaigns, timelines, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
  • Build and manage a full-funnel digital marketing strategy across inbound, outbound, and ABM channels.
  • Identify high-value target accounts and create personalized, multi-touch programs to engage them.

Build the AI‑Agent Marketing Workflow

  • Collaborate with engineers/AI specialists to design an LLM/agent‑powered workflow for research, list building, enrichment, content drafting, personalization, and routing.
  • Connect the dots across HubSpot/Salesforce, paid platforms, and analytics to create a repeatable, scalable engine.
  • Test, measure, iterate—ship improvements weekly.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Lead multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid social, content marketing, email, website) to generate and nurture leads.
  • Create compelling, audience-focused content (case studies, white papers, blogs, ad copy) for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Execute ABM programs with targeted messaging and coordinated outreach for key accounts.
  • Manage both online and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and partner marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and run webinars, selective trade shows, and partner co‑marketing that feed pipeline and shorten cycles.

Demand Generation & Optimization

  • Own lead acquisition and nurture programs, leveraging segmentation, automation, and conversion optimization.
  • Use A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel analysis to boost MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
  • Develop campaign dashboards, track KPIs, and deliver performance insights to inform future strategy.

Marketing Operations & Enablement

  • Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, analytics tools).
  • Collaborate with Sales to align messaging, create enablement materials, and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Monitor competitor positioning and market trends to refine campaigns and messaging.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure quality creative, content, and campaign support.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3–5 years in B2B demand gen/ABM/integrated campaigns with a track record of revenue impact.
  • Hands‑on skill in HubSpot (or Marketo/Pardot), Salesforce, LinkedIn/Google Ads, GA, and A/B testing.
  • Experience with ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical chops…you turn funnel data into action.
  • Sharp writing and storytelling; comfortable crafting copy for both exec and technical audiences.
  • Curiosity for AI + automation (e.g., LLMs/agents, workflow tools). You don’t need to be an engineer…you need to have a builder mindset
