WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re hiring a Meta Ads Manager who can take full control of our Facebook and Instagram ad channels—replacing agency and outperforming them in 60 days.

This role is yours to own. You’ll run it, scale it, and build a machine around it.

We want someone who’s driven by mission, not just money.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take over our Meta ad account (currently spending £400K/month)
  • Come up with 95% of the ad angles, hooks, and campaigns (Founder will send you some things to turn into ads)
  • Build and test landing pages that actually convert
  • Use our 33K+ reviews, customer stories, and product results to fuel your creative
  • Turn the founder’s raw ideas, notes, or videos into full ads (when provided)
  • Build your own lean team as needed (e.g., video editor, outsourced image creation, etc.) — but only when it’s worth the money. We run lean, cut dead wood fast, and only hire when absolutely necessary so you should have the skills to start doing the above and then hire.
  • Hit and maintain ROAS targets unless testing a branding initiative
  • Ask for what you need—tools, creators, budget. You’ll have our backing most of the time.

COMPENSATION

  • Compensation based on experience – we’re open to finding the right fit. We pay well, but we don’t pay for fluff. If you’ve got the skills, we’ll make it work

What Will You Do

  • Plan, create, and optimize high-converting digital ad campaigns that align with business goals, utilizing A/B testing and data analysis to enhance conversion rate continuously.
  • Employ advanced targeting techniques to reach specific audience segments, leveraging customer data, demographics, and behavioral insights to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, monitor spending, and allocate resources to campaigns that deliver the best returns, ensuring ROI goals are met and exceeded.
  • Utilize analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, CPA, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • Experience: 5+ years in Demand Generation or Performance Marketing within high-ticket B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of driving revenue and achieving pipeline goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead influencer marketing initiatives for the OPPO brand across major social media platforms in Brazil, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Understand OPPO's product features and unique selling points, and translate them into creative, localized influencer briefs.
  • Develop tailored influencer strategies based on market trends and brand positioning;
  • Responsible of the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring high-quality content delivery, on-time launches, and performance tracking;
  • Support daily social media content planning and community operations, contributing to OPPO's brand presence and engagement;
  • Participate in the execution of online/offline marketing campaigns and events, ensuring influencer resources and content are effectively integrated;
  • Analyze influencer and social media campaign results, provide actionable insights, and continuously optimize collaboration approaches;
  • Expand and maintain a high-quality database of local KOLs and KOCs, keeping up with influencer and content trends;
  • Collaborate closely with other marketing functions to deliver consistent, impactful brand communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Communications, International Business, or related fields.
  • Advanced English is mandatory.
  • Mandarin is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in influencer marketing, social media operations, or brand marketing, preferably within consumer electronics, smartphone, or 3C product industries.
  • Familiar with the Brazilian social media ecosystem, with knowledge of influencer categories, content trends, and audience engagement.
  • Experience in social media content planning, community management, or campaign execution is a strong advantage.
  • Basic data analysis skills with a performance-driven mindset to optimize influencer and social media activities.

As a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll bring sharp strategy, organizational excellence, and creative instinct to every project. This role blends content strategy, project management, copywriting, and digital performance analysis - perfect for someone who thrives on moving seamlessly between planning and execution. You’ll be the glue connecting design, video, and messaging, turning ideas into structured campaigns that perform across IG, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and email.

In this role, you’ll build a structured, scalable marketing engine that expands reach and drives inbound interest, creating high-impact content that lives across social, email, and the web. You’ll develop reporting frameworks that give the creative team the insights to continuously improve, and you’ll help define a consistent, modern voice for one of the fastest-growing agencies in the world.

This is a fully remote role operating in the EST time zone, open to candidates in Portugal and Brazil.

What You’ll Do

Strategy, Planning & Execution

  • Own the content calendar: Plan, manage, and execute the content pipeline across IG, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and email using Notion.
  • Coordinate across teams: Work closely with the Design Lead and Video Lead to align on timelines, asset creation, and creative strategy.
  • Deploy consistently: Schedule and publish all organic social posts and newsletters. Ensure content is on-message and on time.
  • Stay agile: Adapt to shifting priorities and post needs without dropping quality or speed.
  • Coordinate the email pipeline: Plan email newsletters.
  • Drive Darkroom’s email strategy: Support strategic initiatives for Darkroom’s email marketing campaigns in partnership with the Design Lead and Video Lead

Social Media Management

  • Hands-on ownership of Darkroom’s organic presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  • Write copy: Post captions, headlines and descriptions that match platform-specific tone and brand voice.
  • Community engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and DMs. Actively engage with customers, creators, and collaborators.

Paid Media

  • Have an understanding of paid social and ad copywriting
  • You will work and PM our paid media specialist on Darkroom’s paid ads

SEO, Reporting, Analytics & Performance

  • Work with our SEO specialist to track everything: Monitor performance across all owned platforms and campaigns (social, email, website).
  • SEO + UX insights: Use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization.
  • Report intelligently: Provide actionable insights, trends, and growth metrics that influence creative direction.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content, email, and social.
  • Are highly organized, autonomous, and thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Write with precision and tone, and know how to adapt voice across channels.
  • Know what content performs, and why.
  • Have strong project management instincts and can juggle timelines, tasks and tools.
  • Understand digital performance: you’ve worked with analytics tools, know your way around email metrics and think SEO.
  • Communicate clearly and can collaborate with designers and video editors.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience working inside an agency.
  • Have managed newsletter content and owned media channels
  • Are fluent in Notion, Figma, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, GT Metrix
  • Have worked on brand-led social content

What will you do

As a Performance Specialist, your role is centered on driving lead generation and revenue through expert management of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and related). You'll focus on meticulously crafting and optimizing campaigns across various channels, utilizing advanced targeting and data-driven strategies to enhance lead acquisition and conversion rates. Your expertise in A/B testing, ROI analysis, and budget management will be crucial in continually refining campaigns for maximum efficiency and profitability, directly contributing to the company's revenue growth.


Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and analyze comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels (Earned, Paid, and Owned), including Paid Search, Paid Social, Retargeting, Paid Influencers, Content Promotion, Display Ads, and related.
  • Plan, create, and optimize high-converting digital ad campaigns that align with business goals, utilizing A/B testing and data analysis to enhance conversion rate continuously.
  • Employ advanced targeting techniques to reach specific audience segments, leveraging customer data, demographics, and behavioral insights to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, monitor spending, and allocate resources to campaigns that deliver the best returns, ensuring ROI goals are met and exceeded.
  • Utilize analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, CPA, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copy that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to follow and collaborate to the Revenue Goals
  • Create, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance and overall marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other marketing teams, product teams, and data analysts to align performance marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Develop and execute integrated cross-channel and omnichannel strategies, aligning digital and offline media for consistent brand engagement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in Demand Generation or Performance Marketing within high-ticket B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of driving revenue and achieving pipeline goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful campaigns that deliver quantifiable results.
  • Advanced knowledge in utilizing performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic Ads, and other relevant tools.
  • Revenue Focus: Deep understanding of SQL conversion, CAC, ROI, and high-ticket sales cycles, ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
  • Multitouch Attribution: Proven ability to measure, track, and optimize channel performance to maximize overall marketing impact.

  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
  • Experience with e-commerce performance marketing and optimizing for online sales.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools for campaign management and optimization.
  • Previous experience with international or multilingual performance marketing campaigns
  • SEO and Google Ads: Demonstrated success in optimizing SEO and Google Ads campaigns, efficiently managing budgets to maximize ROI.
