Job Summary: biwin is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will lead our e-commerce strategy, enhance online business performance, and optimize the digital shopping experience for consumers. This position is essential for expanding our direct-to-consumer sales channels and increasing online brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• E-commerce Strategy:
o Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales

o Establish annual e-commerce business goals and key performance indicators

Responsibilities- Drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting.
- Develop accurate Growth Maps and Prophet System-based forecasts; turn projections into tangible, scalable client growth.
- Maintain proactive, clear, and transparent client communications about performance, strategy changes, and optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Google Strategy, Creative Strategy, Email Strategy) to align on growth plans and data integrity.
- Monitor campaigns, adjust budgets and strategies to maximize daily and projected targets; implement tests to beat prior performance.
- Lead the execution of CTC’s methodologies, tools, and best practices across client accounts.
- Hold yourself and the team to high standards of quality, accuracy (within defined deltas), and timely delivery.
- High accuracy in forecasting (within a 5% delta) and consistent achievement of daily/projected targets.
- Strong client satisfaction with transparent reporting and strategic guidance.
- Effective collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams to improve processes and outcomes.
