**Resumo desta função**
_We are looking for a Mid-Level Design Analyst to join one of our fast-paced Digital Squads. You'll be a key player in our product development process, with responsibilities including:_
+ _Leading Discovery: Take ownership of the discovery phase to understand user needs and business goals._
+ _Analyzing Usability: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to enhance usability._
+ _Designing Solutions: Create prototypes and design final, user-friendly solutions._
+ _Building the Design System: Help build and maintain our comprehensive Design System._
**Suas responsabilidades incluirão**
_Lead the Discovery Process: Take ownership of the discovery phase, working closely with stakeholders and users to define problems, uncover key insights, and inform the product strategy._
_Conduct Research & Validate Designs: Plan and execute user research to gather valuable insights. You'll then validate design concepts and prototypes with real users through usability testing and other methods._
_Analyze Data & Drive Improvements: Proactively analyze usability and business metrics to identify pain points and recommend data-driven opportunities to continuously enhance the user experience._
_Build a Scalable Design System: Develop and maintain our Design System to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across multiple platforms._
**Requisitos mínimos**
+ _Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field._
+ _Proven expertise in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping._
+ _Demonstrated experience in a product design role with a strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process._
+ _Solid understanding and practical experience with the Double Diamond design process or similar frameworks._
+ _Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to design._
+ _Ability to think systemically and identify opportunities for improvement within products and processes._
+ _Experience in contributing to or maintaining a Design System._
**Habilidades e experiências desejáveis**
+ _Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with international teams._
+ _Experience working in a large-scale organization, particularly within the e-commerce or retail sectors._
+ _Prior experience working in an Agile development environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)._
+ _Experience with other design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus._
+ _Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles._

About The Role
As a Product Designer at XILO, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the entire user experience, from initial concept to final visual design. By turning customer insights into impactful and aesthetically pleasing designs, you’ll make our products more intuitive, self-servicing, and valuable. - Develop and maintain a consistent and visually compelling UI across the entire platform.
- Leverage data pipelines to inform and enhance design decisions.
- Ensure all current products are intuitive and self-servicing for users.
- Drive improved adoption and engagement across all current products.
