Position Responsibilities
- Provides WOW! Customer Service
- Drives delivery vehicle to transport parts to commercial customers, including the loading and unloading of parts
- Picks up returns, cores and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors
- Maintains a safe driving and working environment, including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Assist do it yourself customers in the store between deliveries
- Follows all company policies, procedures, dress code and management direction, including all fleet and safety policies
- Handle cash and charge transactions per company policy
- Maintain product knowledge and current promotions through AutoZone systems and information resources
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license and able to meet AutoZone’s driver requirements.
- Ability to lift load and deliver merchandise
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays weekends and evenings

EDSPs are External Delivery Service Providers that means third-party operated Delivery Station which uses Amazon tools and technology to deliver Amazon packages different regions of the country. There are currently 38 operational nodes of EDSPs in Brazil operated by 5 different partners and 2024 plan is to reach 92 nodes with ate least 10 different partners. The EDSP Business Developer is responsible for hunting new partners and following the onboarding process until the new EDSPs are launched. We expect our team members to identify ways to improve our operations continually.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process of new EDSPs until its launch.
- Partner with Purchasing and Program Management Teams on the identification and development of potential new partners, looking for new opportunities of volume increase and cost reduction for AMZL.
- Partner with PMO on the launches' planning per task and stakeholder, assuring the committed timing and cost.
- Work on continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarks with other geos.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.

The Service Delivery Specialist has responsibility over the service delivery performance of an assigned portfolio of products. The objective is to ensure a high level of service quality throughout the job cycle of the assigned portfolio. The Role will have close collaboration with Operations coordinators, BDM, and sales functions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for the overall job cycle of respective portfolio (design, planning, execution, incident investigations, job close), working closely with Operations Coordinators.
- Looks for and requests global equipment resources based on activityforecast.
- Technical custodian of job feasibility and risk management for respective portfolio.Initiates and updates PRAs for complex/critical projects
- Supports BDM/Sales as applicable, e.g. for technical write-ups and performance data in global tenders.
- Client in-site project management. Technical trouble shooting collaboration.
- Project planning management for technical documentation preparation and follow up.
- Other projects as assigned.
